The Piraeus Chamber of Crafts<\/a><\/strong> under the Operational Programme “Attica 2014-2020<\/strong>“, has taken over as a Beneficiary<\/strong> the implementation of the Act: “Actions in Consultancy-Pistotyping-Training of employees of the Region of Attica by the Piraeus Chamber of Commerce and Industry<\/a><\/strong>“, under IPA code 5070879. The Act is undertaken in accordance with the Decision No. 763 \/03-03-2021 (ID: 6BZHH7L7 – BTF).<\/p>\n\n

The Act is an integrated intervention effort<\/strong> through the provision of personalised counselling<\/a>, vocational training and certification of professional qualifications and skills<\/strong> all private sector workers in the Region of Attica,<\/strong> regardless of their sector of employment<\/strong>, for their adaptation the changes of the local as well as the supra-local labor market<\/strong> (economic, technological, environmental, adaptation to teleworking models given the COVID-19 conditions, etc.) andin the new development environment of the Attica Region.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The project is addressed to to a total of 760 employees<\/strong> the private sector of the economy regardless of the sector of employment, who wish to upgrade their knowledge and be trained both in specialized and horizontal specialties and subjects,<\/strong> that can be used by all workers regardless of employment sector, related to the development priorities of the Region of Attica<\/strong>, to improve their skills as well as to enhance their professional competence.<\/p>\n\n

The operation is funded by the European Union<\/strong> (\n European Social Fund<\/a>\n<\/strong> – EKT) and from national resources through the EIF.<\/p>\n\n

The closing date for the submission of applications is 08\/01\/2022 at 23:59:00 <\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Object<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

The project concerns personalised counselling, certification and training of employees to be provided to 760 private sector employees of all productive sectors of the economy, namely<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n

1. Professional advice<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

Professional advice actions to empower beneficiaries for the optimal use of their “reserves” and abilities, through the provision of new and innovative methods<\/strong> that ensure their personal development<\/strong> and professional development.<\/p>\n\n

The professional counseling activities will be implemented either through face-to-face sessions<\/strong> or remotely through the project’s information system<\/strong>. More specifically, the sessions will be implemented in the following ways:<\/p>\n\n
