EKDDA Gov 5.0 Innovation Marathon Hackathon <\/strong>is a technological action of open innovation and aims to Community activation of the innovation ecosystem, institutions and businesses, as well as local government executives <\/strong>to create original apps that promote digital transformation<\/a><\/strong> of the institutions of Public Administration and Local Government<\/strong> as well as the National Centre for Public Administration and Local Government<\/a><\/strong> (ESDC) through new and innovative ideas and applications with social impact (social impact<\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n

The EKDDA Gov 5.0 Hackathon, will take place on February 19-20, 2022<\/strong>, hybrid<\/strong>, with physical presence at EKDDA (Piraeus 211, Tavros), but also remotely with videoconferencing tools<\/p>\n\n

The action is part of a roadmap of open innovation<\/strong> of EKDDA with a social orientation through the promotion of new developing technologies<\/strong> (disrupting technologies) such as AI, IoT, big data, blockchain, image analysis, etc.<\/p>\n\n

Objective<\/strong> of the ESDA Gov 5.0 Hackathon<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

Aim of the Innovation Marathon EKDDA Gov 5.0 Hackathon<\/strong> is creating of original applications<\/strong> for the needs of bodies of Public Administration and Local Government<\/strong> as well as the National Centre for Public Administration and Local Government<\/strong> (EKDDA) with the activation of a spirit of innovation and cooperation<\/strong> between institutions and businesses<\/strong> that have new innovative ideas and applications with social impact<\/strong> and, at the same time, promote the digital transformation of services.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Through the action, the creative human capital of the innovation ecosystem is mobilized,<\/strong> creation and youth entrepreneurship<\/strong> are strengthened, as well as collaborations, the experience and know-how of the executives of the institutions<\/strong> is utilized and innovation is promoted.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

As part of its action EKDDA Gov 5.0 Hackathon <\/strong>can participate new developers, analysts, students, startup companies<\/a><\/strong> and in general, anyone who has an idea on issues related to the fields of activity of EKDDA and is interested in developing and presenting it in a pilot application during the two-day period.<\/p>\n\n

The EKDDA Gov 5.0 Hackathon<\/strong> has the following key broader social and long-term goals:<\/p>\n\n
