<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/diadikasies.gov.gr\/epad\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">National Program for the Simplification of Procedures (NPSP)<\/a><\/strong>, the general secretaries of Digital Governance and Simplification of Procedures, Mr. Leonidas Christopoulos and Trade and Consumer Protection, Mr. Sotiris Anagnostopoulos signed a Memorandum of Cooperation <strong>with the aim of simplifying and digitizing the procedures<\/strong> of the General Secretariat of Commerce and Consumer Protection.<\/p>\n\n<p>In the context of this Memorandum of Cooperation, the simplification and digitization of <strong>the process of <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/business_type\/start-up\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">starting a sole proprietorship<\/a> is underway.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3C4;&#x3B1;-&#x3B2;&#x3AE;&#x3BC;&#x3B1;&#x3C4;&#x3B1;\"><strong>The steps<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>The start of the sole proprietorship in its new form will be completed:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>with one action at one point<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>entries will be made automatically and accurately without unnecessary formalities<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>the interested party will be able to start their business activity in zero time, through <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.gr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">gov.gr<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>In particular, with the memorandum, actions <strong>are planned to simplify and digitize procedures related<\/strong> to public procurement and the s<strong>trengthening of entrepreneurship<\/strong>, such as:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Recording and simplification of main administrative procedures for awarding and executing public contracts<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Recording steps for the overall management of a public contract from planning to the completion of its execution<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Interconnection of the GCR information system with Diaygeia with the aim of publishing the decisions of the Administration in a single point.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3C3;&#x3C4;&#x3CC;&#x3C7;&#x3BF;&#x3C2;-&#x3C4;&#x3C9;&#x3BD;-&#x3B4;&#x3C1;&#x3AC;&#x3C3;&#x3B5;&#x3C9;&#x3BD;-&#x3B3;&#x3B9;&#x3B1;-&#x3C4;&#x3B7;&#x3BD;-&#x3B1;&#x3C0;&#x3BB;&#x3BF;&#x3CD;&#x3C3;&#x3C4;&#x3B5;&#x3C5;&#x3C3;&#x3B7;-&#x3BA;&#x3B1;&#x3B9;-&#x3C4;&#x3B7;&#x3BD;-&#x3C8;&#x3B7;&#x3C6;&#x3B9;&#x3BF;&#x3C0;&#x3BF;&#x3AF;&#x3B7;&#x3C3;&#x3B7;\"><strong>Aim of the Simplification and Digitisation actions<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>The actions aim to:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>in the modernization of administrative procedures<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>in reducing administrative costs<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>in the consolidation and overall upgrading of the services provided both to the public bodies and the wider public sector as well as to the citizens<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>in compliance with the most advanced principles of the protection of personal data and the security of those managed<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>It is worth noting that <strong>the modernization and speeding up of the services<\/strong> <strong>provided<\/strong> by the PGEPK <strong>will contribute decisively to the support of the country&#8217;s development dynamics<\/strong> while <strong>simultaneously protecting the public interest and the rule of law.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><a
