{"id":7119,"date":"2022-11-09T10:12:00","date_gmt":"2022-11-09T10:12:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dev-espa.summerize.io\/subsidy-program-for-the-employment-of-4000-unemployed-in-attica-and-south-aegean\/"},"modified":"2023-07-31T15:07:04","modified_gmt":"2023-07-31T15:07:04","slug":"subsidy-program-for-the-employment-of-4000-unemployed-in-attica-and-south-aegean","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/subsidy-program-for-the-employment-of-4000-unemployed-in-attica-and-south-aegean\/","title":{"rendered":"Subsidy program for the employment of 4,000 unemployed in Attica and South Aegean"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/programma-epidotisis-gia-apasxolisi-4.000-anergon-1024x661.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>Business applications for the <strong>Business Grant Programme for<\/strong> the <strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/aid_type\/public-employment-services\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">employment of 4,000 unemployed people aged 30 and over<\/a> in the country&#8217;s Most Developed Regions (MDR), with a focus on women<\/strong>, have started.<\/p>\n\n<p>Specifically, it concerns the Regional Units:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>of the Western <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/investment_region\/attica\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Sector of Athens<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>of Western Attica and Piraeus<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>of the <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/investment_region\/southern-agean-sea\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">South Aegean Administrative Region<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>The action is implemented in cycles as follows:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>The first cycle involves the creation of 3,000 full-time jobs<\/strong><br\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>The next cycles concern the creation of the remaining jobs until the total budget of the action is exhausted.<\/strong><br\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Each subsequent cycle shall be launched 4 months after the closing date for the submission of applications for funding in the previous cycle. The opening and closing dates for applications are published on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dypa.gov.gr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">OAED website<\/a>, the website of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mindev.gov.gr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Ministry of Development and Investment<\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.espa.gr\/el\/Pages\/info_espa.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">NSRF website<\/a>.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3C3;&#x3B5;-&#x3C0;&#x3BF;&#x3B9;&#x3BF;&#x3C5;&#x3C2;-&#x3B1;&#x3C0;&#x3B5;&#x3C5;&#x3B8;&#x3CD;&#x3BD;&#x3B5;&#x3C4;&#x3B1;&#x3B9;\"><strong>Target Audience<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>The action is aimed at <strong>private enterprises and generally private sector employers<\/strong> engaged in <strong>regular economic activity.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>A prerequisite for the inclusion of a company in the action is that <strong>it has not reduced its staff during the last quarter<\/strong> before the date of submission of the application for funding (calendar). It must <strong>also not have received funding from state aid of more than \u20ac200,000 in the previous 3 years<\/strong> (current and two previous).<\/p>\n\n<p>As long as <strong>the number of staff on the start date of the audited quarter is the same<\/strong> and on the date of submission of the application it remains stable &#8211; regardless of whether there are any staff changes during this period &#8211; <strong>it is possible to integrate the enterprise into the action<\/strong>. The above condition of non-reduction of staff <strong>should be respected<\/strong> and for the period of time <strong>from the date of submission of the application<\/strong> up to <strong>Date of adoption of the approval decision<\/strong> of the business in action.<\/p>\n\n<p>Details of the eligible business categories in section 5.2 of the Call <strong>(see Relevant files).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3C0;&#x3B5;&#x3C1;&#x3AF;&#x3BF;&#x3B4;&#x3BF;&#x3C2;-&#x3C5;&#x3C0;&#x3BF;&#x3B2;&#x3BF;&#x3BB;&#x3AE;&#x3C2;-&#x3B3;&#x3B9;&#x3B1;-&#x3C4;&#x3B7;&#x3BD;-&#x3B1;&#x3C0;&#x3B1;&#x3C3;&#x3C7;&#x3CC;&#x3BB;&#x3B7;&#x3C3;&#x3B7;-4-000-&#x3B1;&#x3BD;&#x3AD;&#x3C1;&#x3B3;&#x3C9;&#x3BD;\"><strong>Submission period<\/strong> <strong>for the employment of 4.000 unemployed persons <\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>From 17\/1\/2022 to 17\/2\/2022 (at 15:00)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The application for funding <strong>is submitted electronically to the State Aid Information System (PSKE)<\/strong> of the Ministry of Development and Investment, at the following address: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ependyseis.gr\/mis\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">\n  <strong>www.ependyseis.gr\/mis<\/strong>\n<\/a> by selecting the relevant indicator.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Businesses that maintain branches<\/strong> and wish to hire people to work in them <strong>submit a separate application for each branch,<\/strong> provided that they have created the relevant access codes to both OAED and PSKE before submitting the application for funding.<\/p>\n\n<p>Only <strong>one application shall be submitted per head office and\/or branch per cycle.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3B5;&#x3AF;&#x3B4;&#x3BF;&#x3C2;-&#x3B5;&#x3BD;&#x3AF;&#x3C3;&#x3C7;&#x3C5;&#x3C3;&#x3B7;&#x3C2;\"><strong>Type of aid<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Employment subsidy &#8211; employer contributions \/ Staff Training<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3C0;&#x3B5;&#x3C1;&#x3B9;&#x3BF;&#x3C7;&#x3AE;-&#x3B5;&#x3C6;&#x3B1;&#x3C1;&#x3BC;&#x3BF;&#x3B3;&#x3AE;&#x3C2;\"><strong>Application area<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Region of Attica<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>South Aegean Region<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3B5;&#x3C0;&#x3B9;&#x3BB;&#x3AD;&#x3BE;&#x3B9;&#x3BC;&#x3B5;&#x3C2;-&#x3C0;&#x3B5;&#x3C1;&#x3B9;&#x3BF;&#x3C7;&#x3AD;&#x3C2;\"><strong>Eligible areas<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>Regional Unit of Western Athens Sector municipalities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ag.
