The decision concerns the inclusion of <strong>thirty-three (33) acts<\/strong> with <strong>a total public expenditure of 6,605,569.32 euros<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n<p>The Action concerns support for the <strong>implementation of research projects and innovation costs<\/strong>. In particular, it is included in the <strong>Actions for the European and International Networking of the research groups.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3C3;&#x3C4;&#x3CC;&#x3C7;&#x3BF;&#x3B9;-&#x3C4;&#x3B7;&#x3C2;-&#x3B4;&#x3C1;&#x3AC;&#x3C3;&#x3B7;&#x3C2;-eranets-2021a\"><strong>Objectives of the ERANETs 2021A Action<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>The main objective of the  <strong>ERA-NETS schemes<\/strong> in the context of the  <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.consilium.europa.eu\/el\/policies\/european-research-area\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">European Research Area<\/a><\/strong>  (ERA) and consequently this Action, are  <strong>to intensify cooperation<\/strong> between Agencies of different member States and associated States and <strong>to coordinate joint research activities.<\/strong> With the term <strong>&#8220;research activities&#8221;<\/strong> conducted at national or regional level, are understood <strong>the Research and Innovation Programs,<\/strong> part of these Programs or similar initiatives. Typically, these activities:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>are strategically planned<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>performed at national or regional level<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>financed and managed by national public organizations or by structures closely linked to or designated by public authorities<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3C0;&#x3C1;&#x3BF;&#x3CB;&#x3C0;&#x3BF;&#x3BB;&#x3BF;&#x3B3;&#x3B9;&#x3C3;&#x3BC;&#x3CC;&#x3C2;-&#x3B4;&#x3C1;&#x3AC;&#x3C3;&#x3B7;&#x3C2;\"><strong>Action budget <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>The Action&#8217;s budget amounts to <strong>10,126,000.00 euros<\/strong> (public expenditure) .<\/p>\n\n<p>The Action is <strong>co-financed by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.europarl.europa.eu\/factsheets\/el\/sheet\/95\/el-fondo-europeo-de-desarrollo-regional-feder-\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">European Regional Development Fund<\/a><\/strong> (ERDF) of the European Union and by <strong>national resources<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>The <strong>budget<\/strong> concerns the following <strong>European Announcements<\/strong>, the evaluation of which has been completed at the European level:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>EURONANOMED \u0399\u0399\u0399 JTC 2020,<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>SOLAR ERANET COFUND 2\/Additional Joint Call,<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>ICT-AGRI-FOOD Cofunded Call 2019,<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>ERA-MIN 2 JOINT CALL 2019<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>CSP ERA-NET Cofund 1st Call<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>ICRAD Cofunded Call<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>ERA PER-MED JTC 2020<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>NEURON JTC 2020<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>CHIST-ERA IV Call 2019<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>BIODIVERSA &#8220;2019-2020 Joint COFUND Call<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>JPI CH\/Cultural Heritage, Identities &amp; Perspectives: Responding to Changing Societies (CHIP Call)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>AQUATIC POLLUTANTS COFUND CALL<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>BLUE BIO ERANET COFUND &#8211; 1st ADDITIONAL CALL<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>ACCELERATING CCUS TECHNOLOGY (ACT 3 Call)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3B4;&#x3B9;&#x3BA;&#x3B1;&#x3B9;&#x3BF;&#x3CD;&#x3C7;&#x3BF;&#x3B9;-&#x3C4;&#x3B7;&#x3C2;-&#x3B4;&#x3C1;&#x3AC;&#x3C3;&#x3B7;&#x3C2;\"><strong>Beneficiaries of the Action <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Beneficiaries of the Action are:<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>a) Research and knowledge dissemination organizations,<\/strong><br\/><strong>b) Businesses,<\/strong><br\/><strong>c) Other entities, treated either as Research and Knowledge Dissemination Organizations or as businesses, which will have successfully participated in the evaluation process of the Common European Tender.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3B5;&#x3C0;&#x3B9;&#x3BB;&#x3AD;&#x3BE;&#x3B9;&#x3BC;&#x3BF;&#x3B9;-&#x3C4;&#x3BF;&#x3BC;&#x3B5;&#x3AF;&#x3C2;-&#x3B4;&#x3C1;&#x3B1;&#x3C3;&#x3C4;&#x3B7;&#x3C1;&#x3B9;&#x3CC;&#x3C4;&#x3B7;&#x3C4;&#x3B1;&#x3C2;\"><strong>Eligible Sectors of Activity <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\">\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/c\/processing-of-agricultural-products\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Agri-Nutrition<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Life Sciences, <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/c\/health-medication-social-welfare\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Health and Medicines<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/c\/information-communications-technologies\/\">Information and Communication Technologies<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/c\/energy\/\">Energy<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/c\/enviornment\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Environment<\/a> and Sustainable Development<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/c\/land-water-air-transport\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Transportation<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/c\/supply-chain\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Supply Chain<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/c\/construction\/\">Materials and Constructions<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Culture, <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/c\/tourism-en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Tourism<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/c\/cultural-creative-industry\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Cultural and Creative Industries<\/a> (CCI)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Key Enabling Technologies (KETs)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Interdisciplinary interventions related to the strategic axis 3 of RIS &#8220;Development of an innovative mindset and institutions to strengthen ETAK connections with society to address social challenges&#8221;.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3B5;&#x3C0;&#x3B9;&#x3BB;&#x3AD;&#x3BE;&#x3B9;&#x3BC;&#x3B5;&#x3C2;-&#x3B4;&#x3B1;&#x3C0;&#x3AC;&#x3BD;&#x3B5;&#x3C2;-&#x3B3;&#x3B9;&#x3B1;-&#x3C4;&#x3BF;-eranets-2021a\"><strong>Eligible expenditure<\/strong> <strong>for ERANETs 2021A<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Eligible for <strong>ERANETs 2021A<\/strong> are the costs mentioned in Articles 25, 28 &amp; 29 of the EU Regulation 651\/2014:<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-i-&#x3B5;&#x3BD;&#x3B9;&#x3C3;&#x3C7;&#x3CD;&#x3C3;&#x3B5;&#x3B9;&#x3C2;-&#x3B3;&#x3B9;&#x3B1;-&#x3AD;&#x3C1;&#x3B3;&#x3B1;-&#x3AD;&#x3C1;&#x3B5;&#x3C5;&#x3BD;&#x3B1;&#x3C2;-&#x3BA;&#x3B1;&#x3B9;-&#x3B1;&#x3BD;&#x3AC;&#x3C0;&#x3C4;&#x3C5;&#x3BE;&#x3B7;&#x3C2;-&#x3B1;&#x3C1;&#x3B8;&#x3C1;&#x3BF;-25\"><strong>i. Aid for research and development projects (Article 25)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p><strong>a) staff costs<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>b) costs of instruments and equipment<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>c) expenditure on buildings and pitches<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>d) costs for Contract research<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>e) additional overheads and other operating costs<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>(g) expenditure on feasibility studies<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>ii. Innovation aid for SMEs (Article 28)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p><strong>a) expenses for obtaining, validating and protecting patents<\/strong><br\/><strong>b) the costs for secondment by a research and knowledge dissemination organization or by a large enterprise of highly qualified personnel<\/strong><br\/><strong>c) expenditure on consulting and support services in the field of innovation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-iii-&#x3B5;&#x3BD;&#x3B9;&#x3C3;&#x3C7;&#x3CD;&#x3C3;&#x3B5;&#x3B9;&#x3C2;-&#x3B3;&#x3B9;&#x3B1;-&#x3B4;&#x3B9;&#x3B1;&#x3B4;&#x3B9;&#x3BA;&#x3B1;&#x3C3;&#x3C4;&#x3B9;&#x3BA;&#x3AE;-&#x3BA;&#x3B1;&#x3B9;-&#x3BF;&#x3C1;&#x3B3;&#x3B1;&#x3BD;&#x3C9;&#x3C4;&#x3B9;&#x3BA;&#x3AE;-&#x3BA;&#x3B1;&#x3B9;&#x3BD;&#x3BF;&#x3C4;&#x3BF;&#x3BC;&#x3AF;&#x3B1;-&#x3B1;&#x3C1;&#x3B8;&#x3C1;&#x3BF;-29\"><strong>iii. Aid for procedural and organizational innovation (Article 29)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p><strong>a) staff costs<\/strong><br\/><strong>b) costs of instruments and equipment<\/strong><br\/><strong>c) expenditure on buildings and pitches<\/strong><br\/><strong>d) costs for Contract research<\/strong><br\/><strong>e) additional overheads and other operating costs<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The <strong>date of submission of the proposal to the Joint European Call<\/strong> for Proposals is defined as the <strong>start date of the eligibility of costs for each project.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3C0;&#x3C1;&#x3BF;&#x3CB;&#x3C0;&#x3BF;&#x3BB;&#x3BF;&#x3B3;&#x3B9;&#x3C3;&#x3BC;&#x3CC;&#x3C2;-&#x3AD;&#x3C1;&#x3B3;&#x3C9;&#x3BD;-eranets-2021a\"><strong>Project budget<\/strong> <strong>ERANETs 2021A<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>The subsidized budget of each project can reach up to a maximum of <strong>200,000.00 euros<\/strong> per proposal with a Greek partner and up to <strong>250,000.00 euros<\/strong> per proposal with a Greek coordinator (public expenditure).<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3AD;&#x3BD;&#x3C4;&#x3B1;&#x3C3;&#x3B7;-&#x3B5;&#x3BD;&#x3AF;&#x3C3;&#x3C7;&#x3C5;&#x3C3;&#x3B7;&#x3C2;\"><strong>Amplification intensity<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>From <strong>15 &#8211; 100%<\/strong> depending on the category of the beneficiary and the type of Aid.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3B4;&#x3B9;&#x3AC;&#x3C1;&#x3BA;&#x3B5;&#x3B9;&#x3B1;-&#x3C5;&#x3BB;&#x3BF;&#x3C0;&#x3BF;&#x3AF;&#x3B7;&#x3C3;&#x3B7;&#x3C2;-&#x3C4;&#x3C9;&#x3BD;-&#x3AD;&#x3C1;&#x3B3;&#x3C9;&#x3BD;-eranets-2021a\"><strong>Duration of the projects<\/strong> <strong>ERANETs 2021A<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>The deadline for the completion of the projects of the Joint Actions and Announcements of the European Networks cannot exceed <strong>20 months from the date of issuance of the Integration<\/strong> Decision at national level and in any case cannot exceed 30\/06\/2023 which is defined as the end date of all of the Action&#8217;s projects.<\/p>\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.espa.io\/epidotisi\/arrange-a-call\/\"><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Decision of Inclusion of State Aid Actions within the framework of ERANETs 2021A &#8211; European R&amp;T Cooperation &#8211; Grant Act for Greek entities that successfully participated in Joint Calls for Proposals of the European Networks ER ANETs of ERANEK has been published.
