It <strong>connects higher education with the labour market<\/strong> and provides young graduates with the skills they need for their professional development.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the 8th cycle, which takes place digitally, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/c\/education\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">young graduates from all over Greece<\/a> can participate<\/strong>, who have the opportunity to be trained in one of the specializations:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Digital Marketing &amp; Ecommerce Young practitioners powered by EY<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Human resources Management Academy powered by AUEB<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Consulting Academy powered by EY<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Devsecops Academy powered by CODE.HUB<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>CORPORATE FINANCIAL OFFICER (REPORTING) powered by BCA<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3C4;&#x3C1;&#x3AF;&#x3B1;-&#x3BD;&#x3AD;&#x3B1;-masterclasses-&#x3C4;&#x3BF;&#x3C5;-project-future\"><strong>Three new masterclasses<\/strong> <strong>of Project Future<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The first part of the training is enriched with <strong>three new masterclasses<\/strong>, which aim to enrich the skills of all participants:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Digital Transformation (collaboration with Code.Hub).<\/strong> It enables participants to get to know the cycle of actions needed to complete the transformation of a company and at the same time to acquire the practical skills in business operations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Financial Literacy (collaboration with the Institute of Financial Literacy).<\/strong> Enables participants to follow financial fundamentals<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Metaverse (collaboration with digital futurist Dimitris Dimitriadis).<\/strong> On connecting and engaging audiences between the physical and digital worlds<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After the completion of the training, t<strong>he CVs of the participants are posted on the ReGeneration platform<\/strong>.They remain <strong>available to the 890 companies<\/strong> cooperating with the program for one year. The aim is to <strong>absorb them into a job<\/strong>, with at least a six-month contract and a minimum wage of 800 gross euros.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Project Future continues its strategic partnership with LinkedIn Learning,<\/strong> giving the opportunity to those who register to develop their skills in the fields of:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Business<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Technology<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Creative<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">through <strong>more than 9,500 courses by experts.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3BF;&#x3B9;-&#x3C0;&#x3C1;&#x3BF;&#x3B7;&#x3B3;&#x3BF;&#x3CD;&#x3BC;&#x3B5;&#x3BD;&#x3BF;&#x3B9;-&#x3BA;&#x3CD;&#x3BA;&#x3BB;&#x3BF;&#x3B9;\"><strong>Previous cycles<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To date, 7 cycles of <strong>Project Future<\/strong> have been implemented, in collaboration with <strong>ReGeneration<\/strong>, through which:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>3,786 young people were educated<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>1,370 of them were specialized through the Project Future trainings<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>75% of young people who have completed Project Future have already found a place in the job market<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The recruitment process is ongoing.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Project Future<\/strong> is implemented <strong>in collaboration with ReGeneration<\/strong>, the largest youth education and paid employment program in Greece.
