The platform is open from1<\/sup> March on the \n PS ERGANI<\/a>\n<\/strong> for submitting declarations for inclusion in the SYN-ERGASIA<\/strong> mechanism for March. Applications can be submitted for Phase B for the month of February by businesses<\/a><\/strong>. More specifically:<\/p>\n\n

\u0391. DEADLINES FOR THE SUBMISSION OF DECLARATIONS FOR THE COOPERATION MECHANISM FOR THE MONTH OF MARCH 2022 \u2013 PHASE A<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

For the month of MARCH 2022 \u2013 PHASE A<\/strong>, to businesses \u2013 employers who wish to join the Mechanism, according to no. 108743\/31-12-2021 (V’ 6323), the possibility of submitting declarations “APPLICATION \/ DECLARATION OF INTEGRATION INTO THE MECHANISM CO-OPERATION<\/strong> (PHASE A)” and “APPLICATION \/ DECLARATION OF INTEGRATION INTO THE MECHANISM CO-OPERATION<\/strong> (A – PHASE) – REPEAT DETAILED” provided that any change or modification of the organisation of working time is notified in advance through form E4: Staff Table – Supplementary Hours of Workers included in the MECHANISM, from 1<\/sup> to 31<\/sup> March 2022.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Also, the procedure of CORRECT REPETITIONS<\/strong> of applications \/ declarations of inclusion in the Mechanism – PHASE A is possible. Declarations shall be submitted throughout the above period.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

\u0392. DEADLINES FOR SUBMISSION OF DECLARATIONS FOR THE SYN-ERGASIA MECHANISM FOR THE MONTH – FEBRUARY 2022 \u2013 PHASE B<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

For the month of FEBRUARY 2022 – PHASE B, <\/strong>the possibility of submitting the declarations “APPLICATION \/ DECLARATION OF ENTRY INTO THE COOPERATION<\/strong> MECHANISM (PHASE B)” and “APPLICATION \/ DECLARATION OF ENTRY INTO THE COOPERATION<\/strong> MECHANISM (PHASE B) – DEFINITE REPLACEMENT”, from the1st<\/sup> to the 9th<\/sup> of March 2022<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

C. NEW DEADLINES FOR THE SUBMISSION OF DECLARATIONS FOR THE MONTHS OF DECEMBER 2021 AND JANUARY 2022 \u2013 PHASE A<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

In addition, it is possible to submit in the ERGANI system the declarations “APPLICATION \/ DECLARATION OF INTEGRATION INTO THE MECHANISM CO-OPERATION<\/strong> (PHASE A)” and “APPLICATION \/ DECLARATION OF INTEGRATION INTO THE MECHANISM CO-OPERATION<\/strong> (A – PHASE) – REPLY’ by enterprises – employers wishing to join the Mechanism for the months of DECEMBER 2021 and JANUARY 2022, who have not submitted a Phase B for the respective month by Thursday 3 March 2022.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

In any case, the obligation to notify in advance any change or modification<\/strong> of the organization of working time through the E4 form remains:<\/p>\n\n
