The statements relate to the month of April. The new deadline follows <strong>the extension of the program until May 31, 2022.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>  For the period <strong>April &#8211; May 2022<\/strong>, <strong>employees who have a dependent, full-time employment relationship as of 31 October 2021 <\/strong> are included in <strong>SYN-ERGASIA<\/strong> (the data of which are derived from the ERGANI system). The companies that meet the financial data <strong>will be defined<\/strong> in the relevant ministerial decision. <strong>The data remain the same as for the period January \u2013 March 2022<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>particularly:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3B1;-&#x3B3;&#x3B9;&#x3B1;-&#x3C4;&#x3BF;&#x3BD;-&#x3BC;&#x3AE;&#x3BD;&#x3B1;-&#x3B1;&#x3C0;&#x3C1;&#x3AF;&#x3BB;&#x3B9;&#x3BF;-2022-&#x3B1;-&#x3C6;&#x3B1;&#x3C3;&#x3B7;-&#x3C3;&#x3C5;&#x3BD;-&#x3B5;&#x3C1;&#x3B3;&#x3B1;&#x3C3;&#x3B9;&#x3B1;\"><strong>\u0391. For the month of March 2022 \u2013 PHASE B OF SYN-ERGASIA<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>The possibility of submitting the declarations &#8220;APPLICATION \/ DECLARATION OF ENTRY INTO THE CO-OPERATION SCHEME (B&#8217; PHASE)&#8221; and &#8220;APPLICATION \/ DECLARATION OF ENTRY INTO THE <strong>CO-OPERATION<\/strong> SCHEME (B&#8217; PHASE) &#8211; DEFINITIVE REPLY&#8221;. The deadline is set <strong><u>from <sup>1<\/sup> to <sup>8<\/sup> April 2022.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3B3;-&#x3B3;&#x3B9;&#x3B1;-&#x3C4;&#x3BF;&#x3BD;-&#x3BC;&#x3AE;&#x3BD;&#x3B1;-&#x3C6;&#x3B5;&#x3B2;&#x3C1;&#x3BF;&#x3C5;&#x3AC;&#x3C1;&#x3B9;&#x3BF;-2022-&#x3B1;-&#x3C6;&#x3B1;&#x3C3;&#x3B7;-&#x3C3;&#x3C5;&#x3BD;-&#x3B5;&#x3C1;&#x3B3;&#x3B1;&#x3C3;&#x3B9;&#x3B1;-&#x3BD;&#x3B5;&#x3B1;-&#x3C0;&#x3C1;&#x3BF;&#x3B8;&#x3B5;&#x3C3;&#x3BC;&#x3B9;&#x3B1;\"><strong>C. For the month of February 2022- PHASE A OF SYN-ERGASIA <u>(NEW DEADLINE)<\/u><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>It is possible to submit in the ERGANI system the declarations &#8220;APPLICATION \/ DECLARATION OF ENTRY INTO THE &#8220;CO-OPERATION&#8221; MECHANISM (A&#8217; &#8211; PHASE)&#8221; and &#8220;APPLICATION \/ DECLARATION OF ENTRY INTO THE MECHANISM  <strong>SYN-ERGASIA<\/strong>  (PHASE A) &#8211; STRICT REPLY&#8217; by businesses &#8211; employers wishing to join the Mechanism  <strong>for the month of FEBRUARY 2022, <\/strong>who have not submitted PHASE B for the respective month. MECHANISM (B&#8217; PHASE)&#8221; and &#8220;APPLICATION \/ DECLARATION OF ENTRY INTO THE <strong>CO-OPERATION<\/strong> MECHANISM (B&#8217; PHASE) &#8211; DEFINITE REPLACEMENT&#8221;, <strong>for the month of FEBRUARY 2022<\/strong>, and only for:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>businesses that have not submitted a phase B declaration<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>businesses that have submitted a PHASE B declaration, exclusively for employees who were excluded from phase B payments<\/strong> <strong><u>from <sup>5<\/sup> to <sup>8 A<\/sup>pril 2022<\/u><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Please note that before submitting the form &#8220;APPLICATION \/ DECLARATION OF INTEGRATION INTO THE <strong>CO-OPERATION<\/strong> MECHANISM (PHASE B) &#8211; DEFINITE REPLACEMENT&#8221; for employees who were excluded from the payments of Phase B, <strong>employers can search for the last declaration<\/strong> for Phase B.  <strong>By selecting the [Manage]<\/strong> button to be informed of the reasons for excluding employees from phase B payments.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3C5;&#x3C0;&#x3BF;&#x3B2;&#x3BF;&#x3BB;&#x3AE;-&#x3B4;&#x3B7;&#x3BB;&#x3CE;&#x3C3;&#x3B5;&#x3C9;&#x3BD;-&#x3B1;&#x3BD;&#x3B1;&#x3C3;&#x3C4;&#x3BF;&#x3BB;&#x3CE;&#x3BD;-&#x3C3;&#x3C5;&#x3BC;&#x3B2;&#x3AC;&#x3C3;&#x3B5;&#x3C9;&#x3BD;-&#x3B5;&#x3C1;&#x3B3;&#x3B1;&#x3C3;&#x3AF;&#x3B1;&#x3C2;-&#x3B5;&#x3C1;&#x3B3;&#x3B1;&#x3B6;&#x3BF;&#x3BC;&#x3AD;&#x3BD;&#x3C9;&#x3BD;-&#x3B1;&#x3C0;&#x3CC;-&#x3B5;&#x3C0;&#x3B9;&#x3C7;&#x3B5;&#x3B9;&#x3C1;&#x3AE;&#x3C3;&#x3B5;&#x3B9;&#x3C2;-&#x3C3;&#x3C4;&#x3B9;&#x3C2;-&#x3C0;&#x3C5;&#x3C1;&#x3CC;&#x3C0;&#x3BB;&#x3B7;&#x3BA;&#x3C4;&#x3B5;&#x3C2;-&#x3C0;&#x3B5;&#x3C1;&#x3B9;&#x3BF;&#x3C7;&#x3AD;&#x3C2;-&#x3C4;&#x3B7;&#x3C2;-&#x3B5;&#x3CD;&#x3B2;&#x3BF;&#x3B9;&#x3B1;&#x3C2;\"><strong>Submission of statements of suspensions of employment contracts of employees by businesses in the fire-stricken areas of Evia<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>The <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/eservices.yeka.gr\/(S(zcxbg0xb1gartxv5szwp2huy))\/login.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2f\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">PS ERGANI<\/a><\/strong>  will be available from  <strong><u>1\/4\/2022 to 30\/4\/2022<\/u><\/strong> for the submission of statements of suspension of employment contracts of part or all of the employees for the month<strong> APRIL 2022<\/strong>, by employers&#8217; enterprises, based on SMRs, based or having a branch <strong>in areas affected by the fires and belonging to the administrative boundaries of the<\/strong> <strong>Municipalities of Istiaia &#8211; Edipsos and Mantoudi &#8211; Lake of Agia Anna of the <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/investment_region\/central-greece-en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Regional Unit of Evia<\/a><\/strong>, in accordance with the provisions of No. eco. 60622\/17-8-2021 Joint Ministerial Decision <strong>&#8220;Emergency and emergency measures for the protection of jobs in the affected areas from natural disasters caused by the fires of August 2021&#8221;<\/strong> (B &#8216;3816), as in force.<\/p>\n\n<p>In the suspension declaration form they select the relevant SPECIAL CASE:<\/p>\n\n<p> <strong>&#8220;Businesses affected by the August 2021 fires based on Nace Code<\/strong><em>&#8220;.<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p>According to the above JMD, the measure of suspension of employment contracts is completed on <strong>30\/4\/2022.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3C5;&#x3C0;&#x3BF;&#x3B2;&#x3BF;&#x3BB;&#x3AE;-&#x3BC;&#x3BF;&#x3BD;&#x3BF;&#x3BC;&#x3B5;&#x3C1;&#x3CE;&#x3BD;-&#x3B4;&#x3B7;&#x3BB;&#x3CE;&#x3C3;&#x3B5;&#x3C9;&#x3BD;-&#x3B1;&#x3C0;&#x3CC;-&#x3B5;&#x3C1;&#x3B3;&#x3B1;&#x3B6;&#x3BF;&#x3BC;&#x3AD;&#x3BD;&#x3BF;&#x3C5;&#x3C2;-&#x3C3;&#x3C4;&#x3B9;&#x3C2;-&#x3C3;&#x3B5;&#x3B9;&#x3C3;&#x3BC;&#x3CC;&#x3C0;&#x3BB;&#x3B7;&#x3BA;&#x3C4;&#x3B5;&#x3C2;-&#x3C0;&#x3B5;&#x3C1;&#x3B9;&#x3BF;&#x3C7;&#x3AD;&#x3C2;-&#x3C4;&#x3B7;&#x3C2;-&#x3BA;&#x3C1;&#x3AE;&#x3C4;&#x3B7;&#x3C2;-&#x3C4;&#x3C9;&#x3BD;-&#x3BF;&#x3C0;&#x3BF;&#x3AF;&#x3C9;&#x3BD;-&#x3BB;&#x3CD;&#x3B8;&#x3B7;&#x3BA;&#x3B5;-&#x3B7;-&#x3C3;&#x3CD;&#x3BC;&#x3B2;&#x3B1;&#x3C3;&#x3B7;-&#x3B5;&#x3C1;&#x3B3;&#x3B1;&#x3C3;&#x3AF;&#x3B1;&#x3C2;\"><strong>Submission of unilateral declarations by employees in the earthquake-stricken areas of Crete whose employment contract was terminated<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>The <strong>ERGANI PSP<\/strong> will be available from <strong><u>1\/4\/2022 until 15\/4\/2022<\/u><\/strong> for the submission of <strong>unilateral declarations<\/strong> by employees in private sector enterprises, regardless of sector and business activity in areas according to ANNEX I of no. 108115\/28-12-2021 Joint Ministerial Decision <strong>&#8220;Emergency measures for the protection of jobs in the areas of the Region of Crete affected by the earthquake of 27.9.2021&#8221;<\/strong> (B \u0301 6297) belonging to areas of the Region of Crete hit by the earthquake of 27.9.2021, <strong>whose employment contract was terminated by termination during the period of:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>from<\/strong> <strong>27\/9\/2021 until 12\/11\/2021.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>They become beneficiaries of exceptional financial assistance, as special purpose compensation, from the date of termination of their employment contract. <strong>The period should not be more than three (3) months.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The relevant application \u2013 solemn declaration [special form: <strong>&#8220;Application &#8211; Solemn Declaration of employees in businesses-employers in the areas affected by the earthquake of 27\/9\/2021, whose employment contract was terminated by termination during the period from 27\/9\/2021 to 12\/11\/2021&#8221;<\/strong>] is submitted <strong>per month<\/strong> on the electronic platform of the special support mechanism for workers (<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=http:\/\/supportemployees.services.gov.gr&amp;source=gmail-imap&amp;ust=1649347659000000&amp;usg=AOvVaw0iXOYVpeSlXB65mkuNHB6P\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">supportemployees.services.gov.gr<\/a><\/strong>), the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs.  <strong>A solemn declaration by an employer is not required.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/calendly.com\/randevou-espa-news\/15min?month=2022-03\"><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The submission of declarations for the COOPERATION Employment Support Mechanism (Phase A) begins today, April 1st.
