The submission of declarations for the COOPERATION<\/strong> Employment Support Mechanism (Phase A) begins today, April 1st<\/sup>. The statements relate to the month of April. The new deadline follows the extension of the program until May 31, 2022.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

For the period April – May 2022<\/strong>, employees who have a dependent, full-time employment relationship as of 31 October 2021 <\/strong> are included in SYN-ERGASIA<\/strong> (the data of which are derived from the ERGANI system). The companies that meet the financial data will be defined<\/strong> in the relevant ministerial decision. The data remain the same as for the period January \u2013 March 2022<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

\u0391. For the month of April 2022 \u2013 PHASE A OF SYN-ERGASIA<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

Enterprises – employers wishing to join the Mechanism, are given the opportunity to submit declarations “APPLICATION \/ DECLARATION OF ENTRY INTO THE “CO-OPERATION” MECHANISM (PHASE A)” and “APPLICATION \/ DECLARATION OF ENTRY INTO THE MECHANISM”. CO-OPERATION<\/strong> (A – PHASE) – REPEAT DETAILED” if any change or modification of the organisation of working time is notified in advance by means of form E4:<\/p>\n\n

Establishment Plan \u2013 Supplementary Working Hours of the employees who are included in the MECHANISM, from the 1s<\/sup>t to the 30th<\/sup> of April 2022<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n

\u0392. For the month of March 2022 \u2013 PHASE B OF SYN-ERGASIA<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

The possibility of submitting the declarations “APPLICATION \/ DECLARATION OF ENTRY INTO THE CO-OPERATION SCHEME (B’ PHASE)” and “APPLICATION \/ DECLARATION OF ENTRY INTO THE CO-OPERATION<\/strong> SCHEME (B’ PHASE) – DEFINITIVE REPLY”. The deadline is set from 1<\/sup> to 8<\/sup> April 2022.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n

C. For the month of February 2022- PHASE A OF SYN-ERGASIA (NEW DEADLINE)<\/u><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

It is possible to submit in the ERGANI system the declarations “APPLICATION \/ DECLARATION OF ENTRY INTO THE “CO-OPERATION” MECHANISM (A’ – PHASE)” and “APPLICATION \/ DECLARATION OF ENTRY INTO THE MECHANISM SYN-ERGASIA<\/strong> (PHASE A) – STRICT REPLY’ by businesses – employers wishing to join the Mechanism for the month of FEBRUARY 2022, <\/strong>who have not submitted PHASE B for the respective month. The deadline is from 1<\/sup> to 4<\/sup> April 2022.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n

In any case, the obligation to notify in advance any change or modification<\/strong> of the organization of working time through the E4 form remains:<\/p>\n\n

D.<\/strong> For the month of February 2022 \u2013 PHASE B OF SYN-ERGASIA (NEW DEADLINE)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

The possibility of submitting the declarations “APPLICATION \/ DECLARATION OF ENTRY INTO THE “CO-OPERATION” MECHANISM (B’ PHASE)” and “APPLICATION \/ DECLARATION OF ENTRY INTO THE CO-OPERATION<\/strong> MECHANISM (B’ PHASE) – DEFINITE REPLACEMENT”, for the month of FEBRUARY 2022<\/strong>, and only for:<\/p>\n\n
