The <strong>OAED program<\/strong> concerns workers in businesses in the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/investment_region\/west-macedonia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">regions of Western Macedonia<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/investment_region\/peloponnese\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Peloponnese<\/a><\/strong>. Enterprises affected by the effects of de-lignification, in full-time positions.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3C3;&#x3B5;-&#x3C0;&#x3BF;&#x3B9;&#x3BF;&#x3C5;&#x3C2;-&#x3B1;&#x3C0;&#x3B5;&#x3C5;&#x3B8;&#x3CD;&#x3BD;&#x3B5;&#x3C4;&#x3B1;&#x3B9;\"><strong>Target Audience<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>The program, <strong>of a total budget of 48 million euros<\/strong>, addressed to businesses operating in the <strong>Region of Western Macedonia and in the Municipalities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Megalopolis<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tripoli<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Gortynias<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sparta<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Oichalias<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Kalamata<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Beneficiaries are <strong>unemployed people registered in the PES register of Employment Promotion Centers (EPC2)<\/strong> located in areas of responsibility of:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>P.E. Kozani (KPA2 Kozani and Ptolemaida)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>P.E. Florina (KPA2 Florina and Amyntaio)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>KPA2 Tripoli (for registered unemployed of the Municipality of Megalopolis)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>The period of absence <strong>from the labor market is defined as at least one month.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The <strong>duration<\/strong> of the program <strong>is 12-18 months<\/strong>. The salary and <strong>contribution subsidy<\/strong> <strong>rate varies between 75-100%<\/strong>. The <strong>amount of the grant<\/strong> varies between <strong>700 &#8211; 933 euros per month<\/strong> and <strong>8,397 &#8211; 16,794 euros in total<\/strong>, depending on the category of the unemployed person and the branch of the company he worked for. The subsidy for wage and non-wage costs includes <strong>holiday gifts<\/strong> and holiday allowance.<\/p>\n\n<p>Businesses interested in participating in the program submit their application <strong>exclusively electronically<\/strong>  through the State Aid Information System (PASKE) of the Ministry of Development &amp; Investments, at the following address:  <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ependyseis.gr\/mis\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\"><strong>http:\/\/www.ependyseis.gr\/mis.<\/strong><\/a> Then, <strong>the labor advisers of the PES<\/strong> refer candidates to the company, <strong>according to the specialty and required qualifications<\/strong> and the company chooses among the candidates for the recruitment.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3C0;&#x3C1;&#x3CC;&#x3B3;&#x3C1;&#x3B1;&#x3BC;&#x3BC;&#x3B1;-&#x3B1;&#x3C0;&#x3CC;&#x3BA;&#x3C4;&#x3B7;&#x3C3;&#x3B7;&#x3C2;-&#x3B5;&#x3C0;&#x3B1;&#x3B3;&#x3B3;&#x3B5;&#x3BB;&#x3BC;&#x3B1;&#x3C4;&#x3B9;&#x3BA;&#x3AE;&#x3C2;-&#x3B5;&#x3BC;&#x3C0;&#x3B5;&#x3B9;&#x3C1;&#x3AF;&#x3B1;&#x3C2;-2-000-&#x3BD;&#x3AD;&#x3C9;&#x3BD;-&#x3B1;&#x3BD;&#x3AD;&#x3C1;&#x3B3;&#x3C9;&#x3BD;\"><strong>Work experience acquisition program for 2,000 young unemployed people<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>In addition, the process of submitting electronic applications for the new <strong>program to acquire professional experience<\/strong> for 2,000 young unemployed people in the <strong>Region of Western Macedonia<\/strong> (1,450 positions) and in the Municipalities continues:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Megalopolis<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tripoli<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Gortynias<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sparta<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Oichalias<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Kalamata of the Peloponnese Region (550 places)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>The total budget amounts to<strong>14 millions euro.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3C0;&#x3BF;&#x3B9;&#x3BF;&#x3C5;&#x3C2;-&#x3B1;&#x3C6;&#x3BF;&#x3C1;&#x3AC;-&#x3C4;&#x3BF;-&#x3C0;&#x3C1;&#x3CC;&#x3B3;&#x3C1;&#x3B1;&#x3BC;&#x3BC;&#x3B1;-&#x3C4;&#x3BF;&#x3C5;-&#x3BF;&#x3B1;&#x3B5;&#x3B4;\"><strong>Who it concerns<\/strong> <strong>the OAED programme<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>The program is addressed <strong>to private sector companies, to public companies, agencies and organizations that regularly carry out economic activity<\/strong>, as well as <strong>to first and second level local<\/strong> government businesses that regularly carry out economic activity in the above areas.<\/p>\n\n<p>Beneficiaries <strong>are unemployed people aged 18-2<\/strong>9, of any educational level, registered in the PES register for at least one month in the KPA2:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Kozani<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ptolemais<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Florina<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Amyntaio<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Kastoria<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>of Grevena<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tripoli (Municipalities of Tripoli, Gortynia and Megalopolis)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sparta (Municipality of Sparta)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Kalamata (Municipalities of Kalamata and Oichalia)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>The <strong>duration<\/strong> of the program is <strong>7 months<\/strong> and the participants are paid by the <strong>PES a monthly compensation equal to the legal minimum wage<\/strong>, as well as a <strong>proportion of holiday gifts and leave allowance<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>Employers submit <strong>a single electronic application<\/strong> to the <strong>Integrated Information System<\/strong> ( OAED ) of the <strong>OAED<\/strong> (e-services), which is posted on the Agency&#8217;s website (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.oaed.gr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\"><strong>www.oaed.gr<\/strong><\/a>).
