{"id":6586,"date":"2022-10-27T13:13:21","date_gmt":"2022-10-27T13:13:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dev-espa.summerize.io\/anasa-ii-support-for-small-and-micro-enterprises-in-thessaly-affected-by-the-pandemic\/"},"modified":"2023-07-27T08:56:53","modified_gmt":"2023-07-27T08:56:53","slug":"anasa-ii-support-for-small-and-micro-enterprises-in-thessaly-affected-by-the-pandemic","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/anasa-ii-support-for-small-and-micro-enterprises-in-thessaly-affected-by-the-pandemic\/","title":{"rendered":"ANASA II: Support for small and micro enterprises in Thessaly affected by the pandemic"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/anasa-ii-enishysi-mikron-kai-poly-mikron-epixeiriseon-sti-thessalia-pou-epligisan-apo-tin-pandimia-1024x597.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>The Action <strong>ANASA II<\/strong>  aims to ensure that  <strong>sufficient liquidity remains available on the market<\/strong>,  <strong>to address the lack of liquidity faced by businesses as a result of the pandemic<\/strong>, for  <strong>ensure that shocks caused by the crisis do not undermine the viability of businesses<\/strong> and therefore the continuity of economic activity can be maintained during and after the outbreak of the crisis.<\/p>\n\n<p>Public funding <strong>covers Working Capital up to 100% of the company&#8217;s expenses in 2020<\/strong>. A minimum grant amount has been set at \u20ac2,000 and a maximum of \u20ac7,000. In particular, the amount of a public grant is defined as follows:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>For <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/business_type\/new-business\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Start-ups<\/a>, which are those that have been established and have acquired an eligible ID between 1\/1\/2020 and 31\/12\/2020, the amount is set at EUR 2,000 regardless of the amount of their expenses in 2020, and the reduction in their turnover is taken equal to 100%.<\/strong><br\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>For <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/business_type\/established-business\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Existing businesses<\/a>  , which are those that have been established and have acquired an eligible ID by 31\/12\/2019 and have a reduction of at least 20% in their turnover in 2020 compared to 2019, or if they were activated after the 1st quarter of 2019 (from 1\/4\/2019 onwards) have a reduction of at least 20% as a minimum. for the quarters in 2020 compared to the corresponding quarters of operation in 2019, the amount is defined as follows:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left\" id=\"h-&#x3BC;&#x3B5;&#x3AF;&#x3C9;&#x3C3;&#x3B7;-&#x3C4;&#x3B6;&#x3AF;&#x3C1;&#x3BF;&#x3C5;\"><strong> Turnover reduction<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>from 20% and up to 40% over 40% and up to 60% over 60% and up to 80% over 80%<br\/> 2,000 euros 3,500 euros 5,000 euros 7,000 euros<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Provided that<\/strong> the amount of public aid for <strong> working capital<\/strong> under this ANASA II Action,  <strong>does not exceed 100 % of the company&#8217;s costs <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/investment_region\/thessaly\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">in Thessaly<\/a> in 2020.<\/strong> If the amount of the company&#8217;s expenses in 2020 is less than the above projected amount to be subsidized, the amount entitled to receive is up to 100 % of the company&#8217;s expenses in 2020 and <strong>with a minimum amount of 2,000 euros.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The amounts on which the exact grant amount <strong>will be calculated are derived from the sum of the declared amounts of the fields of the E3 form for tax year 2020:<\/strong> 102, 202, 181, 281, 481, 185, 285, 485 and as included in the Detailed Call of the Action.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3C3;&#x3B5;-&#x3C0;&#x3BF;&#x3B9;&#x3BF;&#x3C5;&#x3C2;-&#x3B1;&#x3C0;&#x3B5;&#x3C5;&#x3B8;&#x3CD;&#x3BD;&#x3B5;&#x3C4;&#x3B1;&#x3B9;-&#x3C4;&#x3BF;-&#x3B1;&#x3BD;&#x3B1;&#x3C3;&#x3B1;-&#x3B9;&#x3B9;\"><strong>Who it is aimed at<\/strong> <strong>ANASA II<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/business_size\/small\/\">Small<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/business_size\/very-small\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">micro enterprises<\/a><\/strong>, which:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>legally operate in Thessaly (head office or branch) when submitting the application for participation in this action and have started no later than 31\/12\/2020<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>have a main activity Nace Code or an activity Nace Code with the highest revenues that is included in the eligible Nace Codes of Annex I of the Detailed Call for Action<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>did not join the previous Call of the OP of Thessaly with SAA: \u03a8\u03929\u03a07\u039b\u03a1-\u0392\u039bO for working capital support due to COVID-19 (ANASA I) or if they joined they do not have an approved Verification &#8211; Certification Report leading to payment<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>have a decrease in turnover<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>and meet all the conditions as set out in the Detailed Call for Action which is an integral part of this Decision<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3C0;&#x3B5;&#x3C1;&#x3AF;&#x3BF;&#x3B4;&#x3BF;&#x3C2;-&#x3C5;&#x3C0;&#x3BF;&#x3B2;&#x3BF;&#x3BB;&#x3AE;&#x3C2;-&#x3B3;&#x3B9;&#x3B1;-&#x3C4;&#x3B7;-&#x3B4;&#x3C1;&#x3AC;&#x3C3;&#x3B7;\"><strong>Submission period<\/strong> <strong>for the action<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>The submission period is from <strong>30\/3\/2022 to 29\/4\/2022 (at 15:00).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The application for funding <strong>is submitted electronically<\/strong> through the State Aid Information System (SAIS), provided by the Ministry of Development and Investment at: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ependyseis.gr\/mis\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">\n  <strong>www.ependyseis.gr\/mis<\/strong>\n<\/a> with the indication: &#8216;<strong>Support for small and micro enterprises affected by Covid-19 in Thessaly &#8211; ANASA II<\/strong>&#8216;. The beneficiary shall submit the application for funding, upon submission of which it shall cumulatively be obliged to:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>fill in the State Aid Information System with the relevant fields of the submission form as shown in ANNEX III: INDICATIVE SUBMISSION FORM.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>attach to the Stade Aid Information System the supporting documents provided for IN ANNEX II: PARTICIPATION DOCUMENTS ATTACHED ELECTRONICALLY<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>finalise the application to make it available for processing at a later stage<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3B5;&#x3AF;&#x3B4;&#x3BF;&#x3C2;-&#x3B5;&#x3BD;&#x3AF;&#x3C3;&#x3C7;&#x3C5;&#x3C3;&#x3B7;&#x3C2;\"><strong>Type of aid<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Grant \/ Subsidy<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3C0;&#x3B5;&#x3C1;&#x3B9;&#x3BF;&#x3C7;&#x3AE;-&#x3B5;&#x3C6;&#x3B1;&#x3C1;&#x3BC;&#x3BF;&#x3B3;&#x3AE;&#x3C2;\"><strong>Application area<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Region of Thessaly<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3C4;&#x3B9;-&#x3C7;&#x3C1;&#x3B7;&#x3BC;&#x3B1;&#x3C4;&#x3BF;&#x3B4;&#x3BF;&#x3C4;&#x3B5;&#x3AF;&#x3C4;&#x3B1;&#x3B9;\"><strong>What is funded<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>The public funding covers <strong>working capital up to 100% of the company&#8217;s expenses in 2020<\/strong> with a minimum grant amount of 2,000 euros and a maximum of 7,000 euros.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" of the Action ANASA II<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>The budget of the Action amounts to 23,500,000 euros.<\/p>\n\n<p>Of these, \u20ac3,500,000 relates to approved Sustainable Urban Development Strategies (SDGs), as follows:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Municipality of Volos &#8220;Operational Planning of the Municipality of Volos for Sustainable Urban Development (BAA)&#8221;, with Public Expenditure of 1,500,000 euros<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Municipality of Karditsa &#8220;Karditsa, city to live&#8221;, with Public Expenditure of 1,000,000 euros<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Municipality of Trikala &#8220;Trikala: An open model city on the banks of Litheos&#8221;, with Public Expenditure of 1,000,000
