The aim of the 12-month action is to promote self-employment for 1,000 young unemployed people through the creation of sustainable <strong>businesses<\/strong>, with a focus on women. The deadline for applications is <strong>Friday 25 November 2022 at 15:00<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The amount of support for new businesses amounts to <strong>14,800 euros<\/strong> and will be paid in three installments as follows:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><sup>1s<\/sup>t installment of 4,000 euros, after the start of activity at the Tax Office<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><sup>2nd<\/sup> installment of 5,400 euros, after the end of the first semester from the start of the business<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><sup>3rd<\/sup> installment of 5,400 euros, after the end of the second semester from the start of the business<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beneficiaries of the PES action are the registered <strong>unemployed aged 18-29 who will submit<\/strong> a funding application. The application will also include the <strong>proposal<\/strong> of the <strong>business plan.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The application for funding (investment proposal) <strong>is submitted exclusively electronically<\/strong> to the State Aid Information System (PSKE) of the <strong>Ministry of Development and Investments<\/strong> at the following address: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ependyseis.gr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\"><strong>https:\/\/www.ependyseis.gr<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The program, with a total budget of 43,400,000 euros<\/strong>, is co-financed by the Greek State and the European Social Fund\/Youth Employment Initiative. It is part of the Operational Program <strong>&#8220;Human Resources Development, Education and Lifelong Learning 2014-2020&#8221;.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The procedure, methodology and evaluation criteria of the applications<\/strong> are described in detail in the Public Call.
