Environment and Migration"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/programmata-koinofelous-apasholisis-gia-2-260-atoma-se-ypiresies-ton-yp-perivallontos-kai-metanasteusis-1024x525.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>The submission of online applications for the new <strong>&#8220;Public Benefit Employment Programmes for 2,260 people in the Services of the <a href=\"https:\/\/ypen.gov.gr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Ministry of Environment and Energy<\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/migration.gov.gr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Ministry of Immigration and Asylum<\/a> (Reception and Identification Services)&#8221;<\/strong> of the <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/aid_type\/public-employment-services\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\n  <strong>DYPA<\/strong>\n<\/a>. The application process <strong>will close on Monday 31 October 2022 at 11:00<\/strong>.  <strong>The action, lasting 8 months<\/strong>, aims to <strong>strengthen and promote the employment of the unemployed, with emphasis mainly on vulnerable groups of the population<\/strong> facing a high risk of exclusion and is co-funded by the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/aid_type\/nsrf\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">NSRF<\/a><\/strong> and the <strong>ISPA.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Only those <strong>registered unemployed in the unemployment registers of PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT SERVICE (DYPA)<\/strong> who belong to at least one of the following categories have the right to submit applications for participation:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>members of families in which no one works and their spouses are registered unemployed in the unemployment registers of the Public Employment Service<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>members of single-parent families in which no one works<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>long-term unemployed<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>unemployed university and technology graduates to fill positions based on their qualifications<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>registered unemployed over 29 years of age<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>registered in the registers of unemployed people with disabilities of DYPA<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>beneficiaries of the Guaranteed Minimum Income<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3B4;&#x3B9;&#x3BA;&#x3B1;&#x3AF;&#x3C9;&#x3BC;&#x3B1;-&#x3C3;&#x3C5;&#x3BC;&#x3BC;&#x3B5;&#x3C4;&#x3BF;&#x3C7;&#x3AE;&#x3C2;-&#x3C3;&#x3C4;&#x3B1;-&#x3C0;&#x3C1;&#x3BF;&#x3B3;&#x3C1;&#x3AC;&#x3BC;&#x3BC;&#x3B1;&#x3C4;&#x3B1;-&#x3BA;&#x3BF;&#x3B9;&#x3BD;&#x3C9;&#x3C6;&#x3B5;&#x3BB;&#x3BF;&#x3CD;&#x3C2;-&#x3B1;&#x3C0;&#x3B1;&#x3C3;&#x3C7;&#x3CC;&#x3BB;&#x3B7;&#x3C3;&#x3B7;&#x3C2;\"><strong>Eligibility to participate in the Public Employment Programmes <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3B4;&#x3B9;&#x3BA;&#x3B1;&#x3AF;&#x3C9;&#x3BC;&#x3B1;-&#x3BD;&#x3B1;-&#x3C3;&#x3C5;&#x3BC;&#x3BC;&#x3B5;&#x3C4;&#x3AC;&#x3C3;&#x3C7;&#x3BF;&#x3C5;&#x3BD;-&#x3B4;&#x3B5;&#x3BD;-&#x3AD;&#x3C7;&#x3BF;&#x3C5;&#x3BD;-&#x3CC;&#x3C3;&#x3BF;&#x3B9;-&#x3C4;&#x3BF;&#x3C0;&#x3BF;&#x3B8;&#x3B5;&#x3C4;&#x3AE;&#x3B8;&#x3B7;&#x3BA;&#x3B1;&#x3BD;-&#x3B5;&#x3C6;&#x3CC;&#x3C3;&#x3BF;&#x3BD;-&#x3B1;&#x3C0;&#x3B1;&#x3C3;&#x3C7;&#x3BF;&#x3BB;&#x3AE;&#x3B8;&#x3B7;&#x3BA;&#x3B1;&#x3BD;-&#x3BA;&#x3B1;&#x3B9;-&#x3B1;&#x3C3;&#x3C6;&#x3B1;&#x3BB;&#x3AF;&#x3C3;&#x3B8;&#x3B7;&#x3BA;&#x3B1;&#x3BD;-&#x3C3;&#x3C4;&#x3B9;&#x3C2;-&#x3BC;&#x3B5;-&#x3B1;&#x3C1;&#x3B9;&#x3B8;-9-2017-16-2017-4-2018-8-2018-10-2018-3-2019-4-2020-&#x3BA;&#x3B1;&#x3B9;-2-2022-&#x3B4;&#x3B7;&#x3BC;&#x3CC;&#x3C3;&#x3B9;&#x3B5;&#x3C2;-&#x3C0;&#x3C1;&#x3BF;&#x3C3;&#x3BA;&#x3BB;&#x3AE;&#x3C3;&#x3B5;&#x3B9;&#x3C2;-&#x3C4;&#x3B7;&#x3C2;-&#x3B4;&#x3C5;&#x3C0;&#x3B1;\">Persons who have been posted, employed and insured under the schemes referred to in point (a)(2)(a)(ii)(i) are not eligible to participate. 9\/2017, 16\/2017, 4\/2018, 8\/2018, 10\/2018, 3\/2019, 4\/2020 and 2\/2022 Public Calls of DYPA<strong>.<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n<p>Potential beneficiaries submit exclusively electronically, <strong>one application form and choose only one (1) placement specialty<\/strong> from those mentioned in the relevant list of Annex I of the Public Call 14\/2022 and from one to three (3) Supervising Bodies and \/ or Placement Services.<\/p>\n\n<p>The <strong>submission of applications<\/strong> for the public employment programmes by interested unemployed persons can be made using the <strong>TAXISnet access<\/strong> <strong>codes<\/strong> at the following address: <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.gr\/ipiresies\/ergasia-kai-asphalise\/apozemioseis-kai-parokhes\/programmata-koinophelous-kharaktera\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/www.gov.gr\/ipiresies\/ergasia-kai-asphalise\/apozemioseis-kai-parokhes\/programmata-koinophelous-kharaktera<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>The <strong>unemployed<\/strong>, who submit an online application for participation, are <strong>classified<\/strong> in a <strong>Provisional Unemployment Ranking Table,<\/strong> based on the following objective criteria:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>period of continuous registered unemployment of a beneficiary, with a maximum of sixty months, which is doubled for unemployed heads of single-parent families<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>period of continuous registered unemployment of the spouse of the unemployed of the above category, with a maximum of sixty months<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>disability of the beneficiary at a rate of 50% or more<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>annual income of the tax year 2021, individual or family<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>age<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>number of minor children<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>parent of protected or protected children with disabilities, minors or adults, with a disability rate of 67% or more<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>beneficiaries of the Guaranteed Minimum Income and<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>beneficiaries who were not placed in completed or under implementation actions &#8220;Promotion of Employment through Public Benefit Programs&#8221; 2\/2015, 4\/2015, 5\/2015, 3\/2016, 4\/2016, 6\/2016, 7\/2016, 10\/2016, 1\/2017, 8\/2017<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>The selection system is based on the <strong>crediting of the above criteria,<\/strong> the <strong>determination<\/strong> of any <strong>supporting documents<\/strong> to be submitted by the potential beneficiaries, the definition of a <strong>mechanism for checking these documents<\/strong> and the <strong>scoring<\/strong>, <strong>ranking<\/strong> and <strong>placement<\/strong> of candidates in corresponding positions using computer software.<\/p>\n\n<p>The <strong>information<\/strong> on the other criteria for the selection and classification of beneficiaries comes from the <strong>Integrated Information System of DYPA<\/strong> and is drawn ex officio from the Independent Authority for Public Revenue and the e-Government of Social Security.<\/p>\n\n<p>For more information on the <strong>programme<\/strong>, the conditions and the
