The second (2nd) Decision of Acceptance\/Rejection of Objections submitted in the framework of the EPANEK Action, Grant for Self-employed Lawyers<\/strong>, regarding the approval of the results of the examination of one hundred and thirty-one (131) objections, has been published. In particular, (17) objections<\/strong> are accepted , for a total public expenditure of 31.500,00 euros<\/strong>, while one hundred and fourteen (114) objections are rejected, for a total public expenditure of 206.283,85 euros<\/strong>. The aim of the Action is to upgrade the digital infrastructure<\/a> of law firms<\/a><\/strong> in order for lawyers to be able to provide their services via videoconference<\/strong>, but also to utilize modern technological tools in the process of administering Justice, in courts and penitentiaries of the country.<\/p>\n\n

Budget of the Action Grant for Self-employed Lawyers<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

20 million euros<\/strong> for all regions of the country. The Action is co-financed by the European Social Fund<\/a><\/strong> (ESF) of the European Union and national resources.<\/p>\n\n

Beneficiaries of the Action <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

Self-employed lawyers, as natural persons,<\/strong> registered with the Bar Association, who operate legally in the country and have started at the competent Tax Office until 31\/12\/2020.<\/p>\n\n
