One year of operation<\/strong> of the Enterprise Incubation Center of the European Space Agency in Athens<\/a><\/strong> has been completed. As part of the event, HP Tech<\/strong> Ventures unveiled a new startup program<\/a> in Greece<\/strong> and expands its European footprint to help grow the startup ecosystem.<\/p>\n\n

HP Tech Ventures<\/strong> has a proven track record of investing and commercializing startup<\/strong> technologies on a global basis. As a strategic investor and partner, he provides continuous guidance and builds the necessary bridges<\/strong> for commercial opportunities and partnerships with customers.<\/p>\n\n

The most recent collaboration was the launch of the world’s first Molded Fiber startup program<\/strong> with the TechFounders U-TUM accelerator in Munich, Germany. The programme focuses on sustainable packaging<\/strong>. It has recently expanded to include medical 3D printing<\/strong> applications. This collaboration accelerated the growth of startups at an early stage through pilot solutions in the market with real customers<\/strong> in a 5-month built environment, thus demonstrating market validation at an early stage.<\/p>\n\n

ESA BIC Greece<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

ESA BIC<\/a><\/strong> (European Space Agency Business Incubation Center) with more than 60 points of activity around the world<\/strong>, started its activity in Greece a year ago. It is managed by Corallia in cooperation with the Ministry of Digital Governance<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

ESA BIC Greece<\/strong> incubates start-ups<\/strong> that will either exploit space technology in non-space markets (spin-off)<\/strong> or become suppliers to the space sector (spin-in)<\/strong> and develop their business and technology. ESA<\/strong>‘s selection was based on the innovations and technologies developed at ESA BIC Greece<\/strong> and its wider network that will work with HP<\/strong>‘s areas of interest by:<\/p>\n\n
