It is available exclusively to theatres, music venues, dance halls, concert and performance venues and cinema businesses<\/a>, <\/strong>which started operations after 1\/1\/2019,<\/u> based on the EIA no. <\/strong>21534\/4-3-2022: “<\/strong>Amendment of Joint Ministerial Decision 107422\/24-12-2021 “Support for theatres, music venues, dance halls, concert halls, performance venues and cinema and film distributors’ businesses, in the context of dealing with the consequences of COVID-19, for the year 2021<\/strong>“ (B\u03841013)<\/strong>,<\/em> submit applications<\/strong>, for the financial assistance under Article 70 of Law No. 4745\/2020<\/strong>, through the ERGANI Programme<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The support is in the form of financial coverage of spectator seats\/tickets for the year 2021 <\/strong>. Applications are submitted on the special platform<\/strong>: \n stirizoumetonpolitismo.services.gov.gr<\/a>\n<\/strong>Detailed instructions are available on the system<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

In addition to the above application, businesses<\/strong> must<\/strong> submit the special form: “Application \/ declaration of inclusion of a business in the Temporary Framework or in the Kan. (EU) 1407\/2013 (De minimis)’<\/em>, based on No. 107422\/24-12-2021 (\u0392 \u03016231) JMD. This is in order to examine the inclusion of each company<\/strong> in the financial support. It is noted that the above declaration is submitted only once per unique VAT number<\/strong> of the company. The submission is made regardless of the number of applications for inclusion<\/strong> in the financial support.<\/p>\n\n

Temporary framework for financial support to theatres and cinemas through the ERGANI Programme<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

Those companies that apply to receive the financial support under the Temporary Framework<\/strong>, are also obliged to submit the supporting documents<\/strong> provided for in the above joint ministerial decision by choosing:<\/p>\n\n

“Submission of Cultural Accompanying Documents<\/strong>“. The required single certificate of judicial solvency must have been issued from 15\/2\/2022 onwards.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Applications and supporting documents are submitted from 13\/4\/2022 at 00.01 \u0301 until 15\/4\/2022 at 23.59 \u0301.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

ATTENTION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Those businesses that belong to the above category, that have done Start of works after 1\/1\/2019<\/strong>, and <\/strong>have already <\/strong>apply for the financial support; no resubmission is required.<\/strong> These applications will be examined based on the new economic criteria of the JMD<\/strong>. The examination is done regardless of whether in the field “EXAMINATION OF AADE CRITERIA” there is the indication “NOT FULFILLED”, but only resubmission of an updated certificate of judicial solvency (issued from 15\/2\/2022 onwards).<\/p>\n\n

Update of the single judicial solvency credit<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

Companies applying to receive the financial support under the Temporary Framework and whose applications remain marked “submitted”<\/strong> shall submit an updated single certificate of judicial solvency<\/strong> (issued from 15\/2\/2022 onwards). They should select “Submit Cultural Accompanying Documents”<\/strong> within the above deadline.<\/p>\n\n
