The Act <strong>is funded<\/strong> by the <strong>European Union<\/strong> (<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/esf\/home.jsp?langId=el\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">European Social Fund<\/a><\/strong>) and from <strong>national<\/strong> <strong>resources<\/strong> through the MFF.<\/p>\n\n<p>The object of the Act concerns <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/c\/consultant-services\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">personalised counselling<\/a>, training and knowledge certificationservices,<\/strong> to be provided <strong>to 1500 employees with dependent employment contracts in the private sector<\/strong>, in all sectors of the economy. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/investment_region\/attica\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">of the Region of Attica<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>The main objective of the action is for the beneficiaries (employees) to <strong>upgrade their knowledge and cultivate their skills<\/strong> that are considered necessary for their adaptation:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>in the priority areas of the Regional Smart Specialization Strategy (P.S.E.E.)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>changes in the local labour market (technological, environmental)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>in the new development environment of the Region of Attica<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Beneficiaries of the Act are 1,500 employees<\/strong> (with an employment relationship) in enterprises of the Region of Attica, the Private Sector (regardless of employment sector) <strong>or seasonal employees<\/strong>. Beneficiaries <strong>not included:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>a)<\/strong> <strong>public sector workers<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>(b) self-employed<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>c) unemployed<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>The duration of the Training is 80 hours.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The implementation of the Act will cover the <strong>Region of Attica.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The beneficiary employees of the Act, if they complete all the Counseling, Training and Certification actions of the project (individual sessions, training, certification exams) receive an <strong>educational<\/strong> <strong>allowance<\/strong> <strong>of five euros (\u20ac 5.00)<\/strong> gross <strong>per hour<\/strong> of training. <strong>Legal deductions are deducted<\/strong> from this amount. <strong>Total Value of Educational Allowance: 80 Hours of Training x 5,00 \u20ac = 400,00 \u20ac<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>More <strong>information<\/strong> and <strong>registration<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/training1.acci.gr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>here<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The The Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI ), in the framework of the Operational Programme &#8220;Attica&#8221;, has undertaken as Beneficiary the implementation of the Act: Strengthening the adaptability of employees in the new development model of the Region of Attica &#8211; EBEA.
