{"id":6186,"date":"2022-10-18T08:55:54","date_gmt":"2022-10-18T08:55:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dev-espa.summerize.io\/smart-manufacturing\/"},"modified":"2023-08-02T09:41:05","modified_gmt":"2023-08-02T09:41:05","slug":"smart-manufacturing","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/smart-manufacturing\/","title":{"rendered":"Smart Manufacturing: Call for Action approved"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/exypni-metapoiisi-egkrithike-i-prosklisi-gia-ti-drasi-1024x520.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>approval<\/strong> for the call for the Action, <strong>Smart Manufacturing<\/strong>, was published by the <strong>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mindev.gov.gr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Ministry of Development and Investment<\/a>\n<\/strong>, an action aimed at <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/business_size\/very-small\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">micro<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/business_size\/small\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">small<\/a><\/strong> and <strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/business_size\/medium\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">medium-sized<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/category_of_beneficiary\/epixiriseis-epidotisi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">enterprises<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Object\/Objective<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Investment projects<\/strong> of very small, small and medium-sized enterprises of the Greek industrial ecosystem are subsidized to <strong>strengthen their technological infrastructure and <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/c\/construction\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">upgrade their manufacturing equipment<\/a><\/strong> using smart cutting-edge technologies with low environmental impact.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Investment projects<\/strong> should <strong>aim<\/strong>  improving the resilience of the business through the upgrade of systems  <strong>digital<\/strong>  production management and control, the supply of advanced and digitally controlled industrial equipment, the digitalisation of interconnection systems throughout the  <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/c\/supply-chain\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">supply chain<\/a><\/strong>  and in the production of systems and technology that support digital transformation.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Indicative interventions that can be implemented include:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>digitization of production lines by utilizing Industry 4.0 technologies<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>automation and interconnection of supply chains<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>design and production of smart products and services<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>application of Smart Manufacturing technologies to improve cost efficiency<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>quality assurance and risk management<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>feasibility studies and market research for the development of new smart products\/services<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3B5;&#x3AF;&#x3B4;&#x3BF;&#x3C2;-&#x3B5;&#x3BD;&#x3AF;&#x3C3;&#x3C7;&#x3C5;&#x3C3;&#x3B7;&#x3C2;-&#x3B5;&#x3C0;&#x3B9;&#x3C7;&#x3BF;&#x3C1;&#x3AE;&#x3B3;&#x3B7;&#x3C3;&#x3B7;-&#x3B5;&#x3C0;&#x3B9;&#x3B4;&#x3CC;&#x3C4;&#x3B7;&#x3C3;&#x3B7;\"><strong>Type of aid:<\/strong> Grant\/Subsidy<\/h5>\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3C4;&#x3B9;-&#x3B5;&#x3BD;&#x3B9;&#x3C3;&#x3C7;&#x3CD;&#x3B5;&#x3C4;&#x3B1;&#x3B9;\"><strong>What is being assisted<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The programme finances <strong>investment projects with a budget of between \u20ac250,000 and \u20ac6,000,000<\/strong>, which may include expenditure on:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>mechanical equipment<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>building installations<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>special building installations for the introduction of new technologies such as high-speed 5G network infrastructure<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>laboratory and quality control equipment<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>ICT &amp;
