The Programme consists in providing incentives<\/strong> for energy saving interventions<\/a> and strengthening energy autonomy in the residential building sector, aiming at reducing energy needs and the consumption of conventional fuels<\/strong>, in the context of the transition to a “Smart Home”.<\/p>\n\n

Beneficiaries of the Programme<\/h2>\n\n

Only natural persons who have the right of ownership (full or partial) or usufruct in an eligible residence are eligible to participate in the Programme.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n
