A later declaration will only be accepted if there is a discrepancy of up to 7 sq m. Also, the declaration for the Electronic Building Identity must be in final affiliation.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>-before submitting the application to the programme, pending issues in the settlement of the income tax return (E1), the property rental statement (E2) or the property data declaration (E9) must have been settled. The power supply number should be indicated on all three forms.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>&#8211; in case of acquisition of a property after 31\/12\/2021, the data in the E9 must have been amended beforehand.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>-if there are multiple co-owners in an eligible home, only the co-owner who owns the home will be eligible to participate in the program. If the property is occupied by a third party, the co-owner will be entitled to participate in the programme with full ownership \/ usufruct in rem (not freehold).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>-if there are more beneficiaries in the property, the consent of the joint tenants must be ensured and the power supply number must be correctly indicated in their E9.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>&#8211; issue an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenak.gr\/pea.htm\">Energy Performance Certificate<\/a> (EPC) for the property and formulate the proposal for energy saving
