The formal conditions for participation are not altered<\/strong><br \/><strong>b. The intention to complete the investment by the new entity is ensured<\/strong><br \/><strong>c. universal succession of the new entity by the new entity, in respect of all its rights, obligations and legal relations or, in the case of a branch split off, at least those resulting from the decision to join and the call for proposals<\/strong><br \/><strong>d. The cumulation of the aid with any other aid from the single undertakings concerned is checked in order to ensure that all the conditions of legality for the investment project are met<\/strong><br \/><strong>e. The Actions that are modified<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3><a href=\"http:\/\/www.antagonistikotita.gr\/epanek\/prokirixeis.asp?id=31&amp;cs=\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Strengthening the Establishment and Operation of New Tourism Small and Medium Enterprises<\/strong><\/a><\/h3>\n<h2><strong>Beneficiaries of the Action<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises that will be active in the tourism sector and belong to the following categories:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Category A Beneficiaries:<\/strong> companies that will be established from the date of the publication of the call for proposals and will have the investment ID until the first disbursement of the grant.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Category of Beneficiaries B:<\/strong>  Tourist accommodation that have been established and have acquired, by the date of issue of the notice of the action, at least one of the 55 eligible codes and\/or the codes: 41.20.20.01, 41.20.20.02, do not have a license (badge) to operate, the VAT number of the business has not developed any economic activity and have a building permit for this tourist accommodation.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Subsidised expenditure <\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Buildings, other installations and surroundings<\/li>\n<li>Machinery, installations and equipment for the protection of the environment, energy and water saving<\/li>\n<li>Means of transport<\/li>\n<li>Certification of quality assurance and environmental management systems<\/li>\n<li>Promotion\/Promotion &#8211;
