alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n<p>Regarding the implementation of the housing programme &#8221; <strong>My House<\/strong>&#8220;, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dypa.gov.gr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><br \/>\n  <strong>DYPA<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/a> informs that <strong>between 3 April and 9 August<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>A total of 39,587 applications were submitted, of which 34,420 have already been assessed, i.e. almost 9 out of 10 (87%)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Of the 34,420 applications evaluated, 23,393 were pre-approved, i.e. almost 7 out of 10 (68%), while the rest were rejected as they did not meet the requirements<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Of the 23,393 pre-approvals, 7,976 loans have been approved, i.e. more than 1 in 3 (34%), as a property has been found and legal and technical control has started, with an average approval amount of 105,584 euros<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>In total, the approvals have committed \u20ac631,604,489 which represents 84% of the total budget of \u20ac750 million for the ISPA programme<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It is recalled that through the programme <strong>My house<\/strong> <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/category_of_beneficiary\/idiotes-epidotisi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">young people or young couples 25-39 years<\/a> old can acquire a house with a monthly instalment significantly lower<\/strong>  than that corresponding to the market mortgage loans, as  <strong>75% of the capital is granted interest-free by the FRY<\/strong>, while for the<strong>  three-parent families and large families<\/strong>  (and those who acquire this status)  <strong>the loan is interest-free in its entirety<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>For more information, please visit:
