On Friday, July 21<\/strong>, the deadline for business applications for the Special Pre-employment Programme for unemployed young people, aged 18-29 years old, in the lignite areas of the Regions of Western Macedonia and Peloponnese affected by the effects of ligninization<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

Of the total of 3,000 seats available<\/strong>, 2,700<\/strong> have already been filled<\/strong> and therefore only 300 seats<\/strong> remain available<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

The action<\/strong> is implemented in the framework of the “social package” of the DYPA<\/strong> to support employment and social cohesion in the lignite areas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

\n Beneficiaries are unemployed 18-29 years old<\/a>\n<\/strong> and the duration of<\/strong> the programme is 7 months<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

The FRA<\/strong> shall pay an allowance equal to the minimum wage and a proportion of bonuses and holiday pay.<\/p>\n\n

The programme<\/strong> is aimed at private sector enterprises<\/strong>, as well as public<\/strong> sector enterprises<\/strong>, bodies<\/strong> and organisations and<\/strong> first and second tier local authorities<\/strong> that regularly carry out economic activity:<\/p>\n\n
