The 7th Women In Business Forum<\/strong> entitled “Turning Points to Breakthroughs”,<\/strong> organized by the \n Hellenic-American Chamber of Commerce<\/a>\n<\/strong> on Wednesday, June 7, 2023<\/strong> at the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

The The 7th Women in Business Forum<\/strong> aims to offers<\/strong> knowledge<\/strong> and useful tools<\/strong> to build the skills that will positively address the challenges of the unexpected<\/strong>, repeated<\/strong> and often<\/strong> difficult<\/strong> changes<\/strong> from the \n women<\/a>\n<\/strong>. The frenetic speed at which everything is changing<\/strong>, in every aspect of our lives, now requires knowledge<\/strong> about how we manage change in order to create positive transitions for ourselves<\/strong>, our people and our partners.<\/p>\n\n

The This meeting<\/strong>, with a panel of pioneering speakers, experts in the experience of change, will provide inspiration and bring out practical tools<\/strong>, necessary to be able to manages the unknown<\/strong>. At the same time, these tools<\/strong> will lead to overcoming fear<\/strong>, creating new solutions<\/strong> and positive transitions<\/strong>. We choose to be WE the future, continually empowering our readiness in the face of change.<\/p>\n\n

In the context of the meeting, the “READINESS FOR CHANGE<\/strong>” survey<\/strong>, which was conducted among business executives, will be presented<\/strong>. The survey measured<\/strong> readiness for change<\/strong> and the skills that make a difference<\/strong> in career transitions. He also listed what will be required of managers in the future<\/strong>to ensure effective responsiveness to change.<\/p>\n\n
