{"id":25062,"date":"2023-07-28T14:38:18","date_gmt":"2023-07-28T14:38:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/espa.io\/im-charging-everywhere-applications-for-the-action-are-now-open\/"},"modified":"2023-08-15T09:18:06","modified_gmt":"2023-08-15T09:18:06","slug":"im-charging-everywhere-applications-for-the-action-are-now-open","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/im-charging-everywhere-applications-for-the-action-are-now-open\/","title":{"rendered":"I&#8217;m charging everywhere: Applications for the action are now open"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"478\" src=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/fortizo-pantou-xekina-i-ypovoli-aitiseon-gia-ti-drasi-2-1024x478.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-22281\" srcset=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/fortizo-pantou-xekina-i-ypovoli-aitiseon-gia-ti-drasi-2-1024x478.png 1024w, https:\/\/espa.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/fortizo-pantou-xekina-i-ypovoli-aitiseon-gia-ti-drasi-2-300x140.png 300w, https:\/\/espa.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/fortizo-pantou-xekina-i-ypovoli-aitiseon-gia-ti-drasi-2-768x358.png 768w, https:\/\/espa.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/fortizo-pantou-xekina-i-ypovoli-aitiseon-gia-ti-drasi-2.png 1100w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<p><strong>Applications for the &#8220;Charge Everywhere&#8221; action<\/strong>, which aims to <strong>install more than 8,000 publicly accessible electric vehicle recharging points<\/strong> in key urban and peri-urban locations and points of interest, such as airports, motorways, ports and parking areas, across the country, will <strong>be open from 11 May<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>The action, with a total budget of \u20ac79.79 million. euros<\/strong>, is implemented in the framework of the <strong>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/greece20.gov.gr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">National Recovery and Resilience Plan Greece 2.0<\/a>\n<\/strong> with the funding of the <strong>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/next-generation-eu.europa.eu\/index_el\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">European Union-NextGenerationEU<\/a>\n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3B4;&#x3B9;&#x3BA;&#x3B1;&#x3B9;&#x3BF;&#x3CD;&#x3C7;&#x3BF;&#x3B9;-&#x3C4;&#x3BF;&#x3C5;-&#x3C0;&#x3C1;&#x3BF;&#x3B3;&#x3C1;&#x3AC;&#x3BC;&#x3BC;&#x3B1;&#x3C4;&#x3BF;&#x3C2;-&#x3C6;&#x3BF;&#x3C1;&#x3C4;&#x3AF;&#x3B6;&#x3C9;-&#x3C0;&#x3B1;&#x3BD;&#x3C4;&#x3BF;&#x3CD;\"><strong>Beneficiaries<\/strong> <strong>of the Charge Everywhere programme<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>Beneficiaries of the aid for &#8221; <strong>Charge everywhere<\/strong><\/strong> &#8221; <strong>are investment entities that are established or have a branch in the Greek territory<\/strong> at the time of payment of the aid and have one of the following forms:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Commercial companies and sole proprietorships,<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cooperatives,<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Social Cooperative Enterprises, Agricultural Cooperatives (AC), Producer Groups (POs), Urban Cooperatives, Agricultural Corporate Partnerships (ACPs)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Joint ventures engaged in commercial activity,<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><strong>Public and municipal enterprises and their subsidiaries if:<\/strong><\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>they are not entrusted with the service of a public purpose,<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>they are not exclusively entrusted by the State with the provision of services,<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>their operation shall not be subsidised from public funds for the period during which the  <\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>long-term commitments.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>The O.T.A. The first or second tier municipalities are not beneficiaries of the action.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3BA;&#x3B1;&#x3C4;&#x3B7;&#x3B3;&#x3BF;&#x3C1;&#x3AF;&#x3B5;&#x3C2;\"><strong>Categories<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Beneficiaries of the aid are divided into two categories:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Category I: Beneficiaries who (a) will own the assisted E\/C charging station, (b) will own or have the legal right to the exclusive use of the premises of the E\/C charging station and (c) will have concluded a contract with an E\/C charging station registered in the M.Y.F.A.H., for the representation of this station, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 4710\/2020, for a period of at least five (5) years.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Beneficiary category II: Beneficiaries who (a) will own the supported E\/C charging station and (b) will operate themselves as E\/C charging infrastructure operators (E\/C charging infrastructure operators) registered with the M.Y.F.A.H., in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 4710\/2020.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Eligible E\/C charging stations are divided into two categories, based on their location, as follows:<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>\u0391. In the publicly accessible charging stations in areas under the jurisdiction of municipalities included in Electric Vehicle Charging Plans (EV Charging Plans) and<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>\u0392. Publicly accessible charging stations for electric vehicles other than S.F.E.O. This category is divided into two subcategories:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>those located on motorways or more generally on the axes of the Trans-European Transport Network, and in particular in publicly accessible parking areas along the<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u03bf\u03b4\u03bf\u03cd, \u03b5\u03bd\u03c4\u03cc\u03c2 \u03bb\u03b9\u03bc\u03b5\u03bd\u03b9\u03ba\u03ae\u03c2 \u03b6\u03ce\u03bd\u03b7\u03c2, \u03b5\u03bd\u03c4\u03cc\u03c2 \u03b1\u03b5\u03c1\u03bf\u03bb\u03b9\u03bc\u03ad\u03bd\u03b1, \u03b5\u03bd\u03c4\u03cc\u03c2 \u03c3\u03b9\u03b4\u03b7\u03c1\u03bf\u03b4\u03c1\u03bf\u03bc\u03b9\u03ba\u03bf\u03cd \u03c3\u03c4\u03b1\u03b8\u03bc\u03bf\u03cd, \u03ba\u03b1\u03b9<br>\u03c3\u03b5 \u03b4\u03b7\u03bc\u03bf\u03c3\u03af\u03c9\u03c2 \u03c0\u03c1\u03bf\u03c3\u03b2\u03ac\u03c3\u03b9\u03bc\u03bf\u03c5\u03c2 \u03c3\u03c4\u03b1\u03b8\u03bc\u03bf\u03cd\u03c2 \u03c6\u03cc\u03c1\u03c4\u03b9\u03c3\u03b7\u03c2 \u03c3\u03b5 \u03bb\u03bf\u03b9\u03c0\u03bf\u03cd\u03c2 \u03c7\u03ce\u03c1\u03bf\u03c5\u03c2, \u03c9\u03c2 \u03b5\u03be\u03ae\u03c2: \n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>existing or under authorisation &#8220;<strong>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/c\/energy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Fuel and energy service stations<\/a>\n<\/strong>&#8220;,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>existing or under licence or concession <strong>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/c\/tourism-en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">parking and parking areas within the tourist port area<\/a>\n<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>existing or under authorisation, covered and open-air vehicle stations,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>existing or currently licensed vehicle maintenance and repair workshops and public or private vehicle inspection centres (PTI)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>parking areas of public and private buildings with public access<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>along roads, within a port area, within an airport, within a railway station, provided that it is not included in the areas of Class B.1 of this Regulation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>The <strong>deadline<\/strong> for the completion of the project and the registration of the included charging stations in the M.Y.F.A.E.H., is <strong>set at 31 October 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Applications for inclusion in the action are submitted by applicants only electronically<\/strong> via the information system of the official web portal of the action: <a href=\"https:\/\/fortizopantou.gov.gr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\n  <strong>https:\/\/fortizopantou.gov.gr<\/strong>\n<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Applications for the &#8220;Charge Everywhere&#8221; action, which aims to install more than 8,000 publicly accessible electric vehicle recharging points in key urban and peri-urban locations and points of interest, such as airports, motorways, ports and parking areas, across the country, will be open from 11 May.
