In particular, the Model Responsible Declarations for the submission of applications for funding under <strong>Action 1: Green Transformation of SMEs<\/strong> and <strong>Action 2: Green Productive Investment of SMEs<\/strong> have been published in an editable format.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3C0;&#x3C1;&#x3AC;&#x3C3;&#x3B9;&#x3BD;&#x3BF;&#x3C2;-&#x3BC;&#x3B5;&#x3C4;&#x3B1;&#x3C3;&#x3C7;&#x3B7;&#x3BC;&#x3B1;&#x3C4;&#x3B9;&#x3C3;&#x3BC;&#x3CC;&#x3C2;-&#x3BC;&#x3BC;&#x3B5;\"><strong>Green Transformation of SMEs<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>The 1st amendment of the Call for Action has been published  <strong>Green Transformation<\/strong> Programme <strong>SMEs<\/strong>  <strong>Competitiveness 2021\/27<\/strong>. With the amendment of the Call, the section &#8220;5.3 SELECTED ACTIVITY AREAS FOR TOURIST ACCOMMODATIONS (according to Law 4276\/2014, as in force)&#8221; is added, according to which the investment projects with investment code &#8220;Accommodation&#8221; (code 55) of the Tourism Sector should follow the following conditions:<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3BA;&#x3CD;&#x3C1;&#x3B9;&#x3B1;-&#x3BE;&#x3B5;&#x3BD;&#x3BF;&#x3B4;&#x3BF;&#x3C7;&#x3B5;&#x3B9;&#x3B1;&#x3BA;&#x3AC;-&#x3BA;&#x3B1;&#x3C4;&#x3B1;&#x3BB;&#x3CD;&#x3BC;&#x3B1;&#x3C4;&#x3B1;\"><strong>Main hotel accommodation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/c\/hotels\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Hotels<\/a>\n<\/strong> (Classification in category 4**** (four stars) and above, Capacity Twelve (12) beds and above)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hotel tourist accommodation within traditional buildings provided for in p.d. 33\/1979<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Organised <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/c\/camping-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">camping camp<\/a>s<\/strong> (Classified in category 3*** (three stars) and above)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Youth hostels<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3BC;&#x3B7;-&#x3BA;&#x3CD;&#x3C1;&#x3B9;&#x3B1;-&#x3BE;&#x3B5;&#x3BD;&#x3BF;&#x3B4;&#x3BF;&#x3C7;&#x3B5;&#x3B9;&#x3B1;&#x3BA;&#x3AC;-&#x3BA;&#x3B1;&#x3C4;&#x3B1;&#x3BB;&#x3CD;&#x3BC;&#x3B1;&#x3C4;&#x3B1;\"><strong>Non-primary hotel accommodation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Self-catering accommodation &#8211; tourist <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/c\/tourist-furnished-residences\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">furnished houses<\/a><\/strong> (Minimum number of dwellings: Three &#8211; 3) It is noted that all self-catering accommodation &#8211; tourist furnished houses must necessarily be integrated in the same MHTE Label.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/c\/rooms-apartments-for-rent\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Furnished rooms &#8211; apartments<\/a> ( <\/strong>Classification in category 4 keys and above<strong>, <\/strong>Minimum capacity Twelve (12) beds).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>The amendment to the Call also includes changes to the <strong>Categories of Eligible Expenditure<\/strong>. In particular, it is specified that <strong>the purchase of a new boat or vessel of any kind<\/strong> (recreational, wooden, motorised, sailing, etc.) that is less than 7 metres in length is <strong>not eligible<\/strong>. Until the completion of the investment, <strong>the vessel is required to be registered in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aade.gr\/polites\/mitroo-ploion\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">electronic register of pleasure<\/a><\/strong> and <strong>tourist day vessels<\/strong>, entitled &#8220;e &#8211; Register of Ships&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n<p>In addition, specifically and only for investment projects in the car\/bus rental business, the supply of purely electric self-propelled vehicles is eligible subject to the following conditions:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>The vehicle must be new, unused and owned by the company<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>The vehicle must be used exclusively by the company&#8217;s customers<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>The minimum eligible percentage (20%) of category 2.1 of the subsidised budget of the Investment Plan must be respected. (This concerns applications for funding under an aid scheme pursuant to Article 14 of Reg. 651\/2014).<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Beneficiaries must not relocate the aided investment outside the region of establishment. <strong>For the Region of Attica for investment projects implemented in accordance with Article 14 of Regulation 651\/2014, the approved aid intensity should not be affected.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The <strong>amendment of the<\/strong> Call also includes changes regarding the <strong>Supporting Documents, the long-term obligations of the beneficiaries<\/strong>, etc.<\/p>\n\n<p>Action 1 <strong>&#8220;Green Transformation of SMEs&#8221; encourages investment projects<\/strong>aiming at the<strong> exploitation and development of modern technologies, the upgrading of the products and\/or services produced <\/strong>and of their activities in general, <strong>by rewarding actions <\/strong>that exploit <strong>modern technologies, infrastructure and best practices in energy upgrading and circular economy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3B7;-&#x3C5;&#x3C0;&#x3BF;&#x3B2;&#x3BF;&#x3BB;&#x3AE;-&#x3C4;&#x3C9;&#x3BD;-&#x3B1;&#x3B9;&#x3C4;&#x3AE;&#x3C3;&#x3B5;&#x3C9;&#x3BD;-&#x3C7;&#x3C1;&#x3B7;&#x3BC;&#x3B1;&#x3C4;&#x3BF;&#x3B4;&#x3CC;&#x3C4;&#x3B7;&#x3C3;&#x3B7;&#x3C2;-&#x3BE;&#x3B5;&#x3BA;&#x3AF;&#x3BD;&#x3B7;&#x3C3;&#x3B5;-&#x3C4;&#x3B7;&#x3BD;-&#x3C4;&#x3B5;&#x3C4;&#x3AC;&#x3C1;&#x3C4;&#x3B7;-22-03-2023-&#x3BA;&#x3B1;&#x3B9;-&#x3CE;&#x3C1;&#x3B1;-12-00\"><strong>The<\/strong> <strong>submission of funding applications<\/strong> started on <strong>Wednesday 22\/03\/2023<\/strong> at <strong>12:00<\/strong>.<\/h5>\n\n<p>The funding application must be submitted by the potential beneficiaries via the <strong>Integrated Information System for the Management of State Aid (IPSKE)<\/strong>, at the following address: <strong>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/app.opske.gr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/app.opske.gr\/<\/a>\n<\/strong>, using the standard IPSCE Funding Application Form (ANNEX II &#8211; ENDORSEMENT FORM FOR ELECTRONIC SUBMISSION).<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>The Call for Action will remain open for applications until the available budget per category of Region is exhausted, provided that the relevant State aid regulations (651\/2014, 1407\/2013) remain in force, increased by 20% per Category of Region.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Each funding application submitted is evaluated in order of priority, according to the date and time of electronic submission (finalisation) in the OPSKE.<\/p>\n\n<p>See the 1st amendment of the Call for Proposals of the <strong>Green Transformation of SMEs<\/strong> Action <strong>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/programmata\/prasinos-metasximatismos-mme\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here<\/a>\n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3C0;&#x3C1;&#x3AC;&#x3C3;&#x3B9;&#x3BD;&#x3B7;-&#x3C0;&#x3B1;&#x3C1;&#x3B1;&#x3B3;&#x3C9;&#x3B3;&#x3B9;&#x3BA;&#x3AE;-&#x3B5;&#x3C0;&#x3AD;&#x3BD;&#x3B4;&#x3C5;&#x3C3;&#x3B7;-&#x3BC;&#x3BC;&#x3B5;\"><strong>Green Productive Investment SMEs<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>The 1st amendment of the Call for Proposals of the Action &#8220;<strong>Green Productive Investment for SMEs<\/strong>&#8221; of the &#8220;Competitiveness 2021\/27&#8221; Programme has been published.
