True to its commitment to invest in the new generation, Hercules Group<\/strong> launches the “Re – Engineering Tomorrow<\/a>” programme<\/strong>. In this way, it demonstrates in practice its human-centred character, but also its interest and confidence in the young and highly qualified potential of<\/strong> the country.<\/p>\n\n

This is a 12-month paid programme. It is specially designed for \n young engineers<\/a>\n<\/strong> who have just graduated<\/strong> or have little work experience (up to 3 years)<\/strong>. It aims to develop new talent in the next generation of engineers<\/strong> in the group.<\/p>\n\n

More specifically, the Hercules Group with “Re – Engineering Tomorrow”<\/strong> invites graduates of Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental, Production & Management)<\/strong> who are looking for the next challenge, to leave their own footprint to accelerate the transition to sustainable construction,<\/strong> while realizing their professional ambitions.<\/p>\n\n

In the “Re – Engineering Tomorrow<\/strong>” programme, participants undertake innovative projects both in Greece and abroad<\/strong>. At the same time they alternate in working groups. Thus they will have the opportunity to gain valuable work experience<\/strong> and develop their field of knowledge. At the same time, they will be able to take advantage of training and specialisation opportunities through targeted technical training and leadership development programmes<\/strong>. This will equip them with the necessary skills to succeed and excel mainly at the Group’s factories in Volos and Milaki Evia.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n
