The <strong>program<\/strong> will be <strong>active<\/strong> throughout the <strong>summer<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>programme<\/strong> is designed exclusively for <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/c\/education\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">graduates of higher education institutions<\/a> in Greece<\/strong> and abroad (at undergraduate and postgraduate level):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Technological<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Finance and Management (or other related STEM subject: Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>It is addressed<\/strong> to people who are characterized by <strong>creativity, teamwork, dynamism and result orientation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Work experience is not a prerequisite<\/strong> (0 to 3 years), but a <strong>very good knowledge of English<\/strong> is <strong>essential<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>The application and selection process by KPMG<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Candidates can <strong>apply<\/strong> for a wide range of services and specialisation in Consulting and Deal Advisory by <strong>sending their CV to the <a href=\"https:\/\/kpmg.com\/gr\/en\/home\/events\/2023\/07\/advisory-graduate-recruitment-program-2023.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Advisory Graduate Recruitment Program 2023<\/a><\/strong> and will close in <strong>September 2023<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The selection process involves <strong>sending a CV to the KPMG advertisement<\/strong> as above, followed by <strong>participation in a Virtual Assessment Centre<\/strong>, where candidates will have the opportunity to showcase their talents.
