Announcement issued by the Public Employment Service<\/strong><\/a> (DYPA), informing that 13 labour subsidy programmes are currently being implemented<\/strong>, for the the creation of new jobs<\/strong>, covering all age groups of unemployed people<\/strong><\/a> and throughout the<\/strong> country<\/strong>, with grant rates of up to 100%<\/strong> and a total<\/strong> subsidy of up to \u20ac17,000 per position<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The programmes of the CYPA<\/strong><\/h2>\n

In particular, there are currently 38,500 places available in the following actions:<\/p>\n

1. Job creation programme for the recruitment of unemployed people facing significant barriers to their integration or reintegration into the labour market (e.g. people with disabilities, single-parent families, unemployed people over 55 years old, etc.)<\/strong><\/p>\n

The grant covers up to 75% of salary<\/strong> and contributions for 12-24 months, up to \u20ac16,800 per new job. There are 8 500 jobs available<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

2. Job creation programme for the recruitment of long-term unemployed people aged 45 and over<\/strong><\/h5>\n

The grant covers up to 80% of salary<\/strong> and contributions for 18 months, up to \u20ac709 per new job. There are 7,650 posts available<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

3. Job creation programme, with emphasis on the green economy and women, for the recruitment of unemployed people of all ages<\/strong><\/h5>\n

The grant covers up to 80% of salary<\/strong> and contributions for 15 months, up to \u20ac12,264 per new job. There are 5,000 posts available<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

4. Work experience program for unemployed young people, 18-29 years old, in the regions of Attica and Central Macedonia, with 100% subsidy<\/strong><\/h5>\n

CYPA pays directly to the beneficiaries a monthly allowance equal to the minimum wage<\/strong> (with full social security contributions) for 7 months. There are 5 000 places available.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

5. Work experience programme in the digital economy for unemployed young people, 18-29 years old, with 100% subsidy<\/strong><\/h5>\n

The action is aimed at young people who have completed a training programme in the field of the digital economy<\/strong><\/a> of at least 50 hours. The work experience lasts for 6 months (30 hours per week) and the DYPA pays directly to the beneficiaries a monthly net allowance of \u20ac594<\/strong>. There are 3 900 places available<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

6. Job creation programme for the recruitment of unemployed persons aged 56 and over, who have completed the grant programme for the employment of long-term unemployed persons aged 55-67<\/strong><\/h5>\n

The wage and contribution subsidy amounts to \u20ac715<\/strong> per month for 15 months, up to \u20ac8,580 per new job. There are 3 000 posts available<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

7. Programme for the creation of new jobs in the lignite areas of the Regions of Western Macedonia and Peloponnese for the recruitment of unemployed, former employees of companies affected by the effects of ligninization in the Regions of Western Macedonia and Peloponnese.<\/strong><\/h5>\n

The grant covers up to 100% of salary<\/strong> and contributions for 12-18 months, up to \u20ac16,794 per job. There are 1 700 posts available<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

8. Employment programme for long-term unemployed 55-67 year olds<\/strong><\/h5>\n

The grant covers up to 75% of salary<\/strong> and contributions for 12+12 months, up to \u20ac750 per month per beneficiary. There are 1 200 places available<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

9. Job Creation Programme for the recruitment of unemployed 30-66 year olds in the Region of Eastern Macedonia and Thrace<\/strong><\/h5>\n

The grant covers up to 70% of salary<\/strong> and contributions for 12 months with the possibility of extending for another 12 months, up to \u20ac17,170 per job. There are 1,000 posts available<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

10. Work experience programme for unemployed young people, 18-29 years old, in the lignite areas of the regions of Western Macedonia and Peloponnese, with 100% subsidy<\/strong><\/h5>\n

CYPA pays directly to the beneficiaries a monthly allowance equal to the minimum wage<\/strong> (with full social security contributions) for 7 months. There are 600 places available<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

11. New entrepreneurship programme, with emphasis on women, for unemployed young people, 18-29 years old<\/strong><\/h5>\n

The grant for setting up a new business is \u20ac14,800<\/strong> for 12 months. There are 450 places available<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

12. New entrepreneurship programme, with emphasis on the digital economy, for unemployed young people, 18-29 years old<\/strong><\/h5>\n

The grant for setting up a new business is \u20ac14,800<\/strong> for 12 months. There are 300 places available<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

13. Work experience programme for unemployed young people, 18-30 years old, in the Municipalities of Istiia-Aidipsos and Mantoudiou-Limni-Agia Anna in Evia, with 100% subsidy<\/strong><\/h5>\n

DYPA pays directly to the beneficiaries a monthly allowance equal to the minimum wage<\/strong> (with full social security contributions) for 7 months. There are 200 places available.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n
