href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.gr\/ipiresies\/ekpaideuse\/epaggelmaties-ekpaideuses\/ekpaideutes-epaggelmatikon-skholon-epas-matheteias-tou-oaed\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>https:\/\/www.gov.gr\/ipiresies\/ekpaideuse\/epaggelmaties-ekpaideuses\/ekpaideutes-epaggelmatikon-skholon-epas-matheteias-tou-oaed<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Specifically, the route is: <strong>gov.gr \u2192 Education \u2192 Education \u2192 Education Professionals \u2192 Vocational School Instructors (VET) Apprenticeship Instructors of the DYPA<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Candidates will be graded according to criteria that place <strong>greater emphasis on academic qualifications<\/strong> and professional experience (Government Gazette 3552\/B\/03-08-2021), with the ultimate aim of <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/c\/education\/\"><strong>further upgrading of education<\/strong><\/a> in the PSYPA&#8217;s Apprenticeship Training Centres and Apprenticeship Training Centres.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The 50 RTEs of DYPA apply the Apprenticeship system<\/strong>, which is the only western system in our country that <strong>combines theoretical and laboratory vocational training<\/strong> at the school with on-the-job-training in companies in real working conditions.<\/p>\n<p>In the school year 2023-24, <strong>thirty high-demand specialisations<\/strong> will operate, eight of which are thematically and cognitively enriched in the <strong>context of green and digital skills development<\/strong>, as well as in the field of the blue economy.<\/p>\n<p>The students of the PES:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Carry out workplace learning with pay and insurance<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>They study in modern laboratories with the necessary books and aids<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>They are trained by experienced and well-trained educational staff<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>They receive a housing allowance of \u20ac240 per month and a food allowance of \u20ac9 per day, with extended income criteria<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>They are entitled to paid student leave of up to 30 days<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>They are entitled to deferment of conscription<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In addition to the 50 EPAS, there are <strong>7 Experimental EPAS with three specialties in the <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/c\/tourism-en\/\">field of tourism and hospitality<\/a><\/strong>, where innovative vocational training programmes are implemented in the following cities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Athens<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Heraklion<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Rhodes<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Mytilene<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Patras<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Thessaloniki<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Corfu<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For the operation of the PEPAS, the <strong>CIPA<\/strong> cooperates with the <a href=\"https:\/\/griechenland.ahk.de\/gr\/\"><strong>German-Greek Chamber of Commerce and Industry<\/strong><\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/insete.gr\/\"><strong>Institute of the Association of Greek Tourism Enterprises<\/strong><\/a> (INSETE), which have extensive experience in the field of vocational training and tourism. <strong>The students of PEPAS do apprenticeships with pay and insurance in <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/business_size\/large\/\">large<\/a> 4 or 5 star <a
