For the seventh year<\/strong>, the successful OPAP Forward<\/strong> programme, which supports<\/strong> entrepreneurship<\/strong> and employment<\/strong>, continues and welcomes new<\/strong> businesses<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n

OPAP’s Corporate Responsibility program<\/strong>, which has so far supported 69 companies<\/strong>, is launching its sixth cycle<\/strong>, aiming to help even more small and medium-sized enterprises to grow, create new jobs<\/strong> and thus strengthen the Greek market<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

Businesses<\/strong> interested in joining the OPAP Forward<\/strong> programme can submit<\/strong> applications<\/strong> until Monday 10 July 2023<\/strong> (closing time 12:00pm). Applications can be submitted<\/strong> online<\/strong> via the OPAP Corporate Responsibility website<\/strong> where all information about the OPAP Forward programme is available at: https:\/\/www.opap.gr\/etairiki-upeuthunotita-opap<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Improved economic performance and new jobs<\/strong> under OPAP Forward<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

OPAP, true to its strategy of creating value for the Greek society and economy, started implementing the OPAP Forward program<\/strong> in April 2017<\/strong>, in collaboration<\/strong> with the international non-profit organization supporting entrepreneurshipEndeavor Greece<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

Over the last six years, the programme has evolved into a growth tool for dynamic and outward-looking SMEs<\/strong>, which form the backbone of the Greek economy.<\/p>\n\n

The 69 SMEs<\/strong> that participated in OPAP Forward<\/strong> in previous years have managed to improve their financial performance<\/strong> and increase their human resources. In particular, they created 2,847 new direct<\/strong> jobs and, through the partnerships developed, they support 23,083 new indirect jobs<\/strong>. At the same time, their total turnover increased by 470 million euros<\/strong>, according to the financial data of the enterprises themselves.<\/p>\n\n

These significant results were achieved through a comprehensive range of services provided by OPAP Forward<\/strong> to participating businesses, including:<\/p>\n\n
