You can find more information <a href=\"https:\/\/21-27.antagonistikotita.gr\/prasini-metabasi-mme\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here<\/a>.  <\/strong>The <strong>Green Transition SME<\/strong> State Aid Package <strong>of the Competitiveness Programme<\/strong> (NSRF 2021\/27) with a <strong>total budget of \u20ac700,000,000<\/strong> aims to <strong>upgrade the<\/strong> country&#8217;s <strong>SMEs<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/prasini-metavasi-mme-prodimosieusi-desmis-draseon-1024x682.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>Eligible Expenditure for the Actions includes, inter alia:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>buildings<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>facilities and surroundings<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>machinery &#8211; equipment<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>product certification<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Spending marketing,<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>as well as expenditure on improving <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/c\/energy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">energy efficiency and energy saving<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Each <strong>sub-Action<\/strong> covers <strong>different<\/strong> <strong>amounts of<\/strong> <strong>investment<\/strong> <strong>projects<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Green Transformation of SMEs<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>The total budget of the Action is EUR 350.000.000 (Public Expenditure).<\/strong> It concerns companies with an investment project with a subsidized budget of <strong>200.001 EUR up to 1.000.000 EUR<\/strong> (choice of either REGULATION EU 1407\/2013\/De minimis or REGULATION EU 651\/2014 \/GCC).<\/p>\n\n<p>The maximum duration of the completion of the physical and economic scope of the investment project may not exceed <strong>twenty-four (24) months<\/strong> from the date of the adoption of the decision of inclusion.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Eligible enterprises &#8211; Conditions for participation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The Action is open to <strong>existing<\/strong> <strong>medium-sized, small and micro enterprises<\/strong>, as defined in Commission Recommendation 2003\/361\/EC.<\/p>\n\n<p>The eligible activity code numbers (ACNs), depending on the choice of financial support scheme, will be defined in the detailed Call for Proposals for the Action.<\/p>\n\n<p>The <strong>basic conditions for<\/strong>the <strong>participation of<\/strong>potential beneficiaries are the following:<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Have at least <strong>one (1) full closed fiscal year <\/strong>prior to the date of online submission of the funding application.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be materially active <strong>(Main Activity Code or Highest Revenue Activity Code) <\/strong>in one (1) eligible Activity Code of this call for proposals prior to the date of online submission of the funding application.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have the <strong>eligible investment ID <\/strong>(s) of this call for proposals before the date of online submission of the application for funding.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Have at least three (3) <\/strong>full-time or part-time <strong>paid employment <\/strong>in the calendar year preceding the submission of the funding application. This will be confirmed on the basis of the declared data kept for this undertaking in the ERGANI information system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Operate legally.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The investment project <strong>must not have commenced operations<\/strong> <strong>before the submission of the application for funding<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Indicate as the place(s)<\/strong> for the implementation of the actions of this action <strong>only one category of Region<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Operate exclusively as corporate\/commercial enterprises<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Meet the conditions of application of the EU Regulation on which the financial support scheme is based<\/strong>, which they must choose when submitting their application for funding. There is a choice of either Kan. EU 651\/2014 (GDPR) or Reg.
