In this context, it had to adapt to the <strong>new conditions and evolve focused on innovative ideas<\/strong>, implementing the <strong>Level-up|G4A<\/strong> program.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this climate, however, <strong>the Greek startup scene has blossomed<\/strong>. It has recorded a significant contribution in the field of <strong>sustainable development<\/strong>, aiming for a better and <strong>greener world<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But it is true that <strong>it is not enough just to have a good idea<\/strong>. It is very important to have the <strong>appetite<\/strong>, the <strong>dedication<\/strong> and the <strong>passion<\/strong> to implement the idea. But these alone <strong>are not enough<\/strong> for <strong>an idea to blossom<\/strong> into a successful business. This extra that is required &#8211; and it is very important for every startup to have from the initial idea and after it matures &#8211; is to exist:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>the right organisation<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>a well-designed plan and<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>the right advice from people with years of experience in the field<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The Level-up|G4A programme<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bayer.com\/el\/gr\/greece-home\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Bayer Hellas<\/a><\/strong>, a company with a leading position in the fields of Health and Agriculture, understands how important it is <strong>to promote the<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/business_type\/new-business\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Greek startup<\/strong> <strong>ecosystem<\/strong><\/a><strong>.<\/strong> That is why it offers all the <strong>right tools<\/strong> to bring out innovative solutions that can offer to society. So, in this <strong>effort of Greek startups<\/strong>, the company comes to help with its rich experience. In particular, remaining committed to the principles of sustainable development and innovation and with the vision of  <strong>&#8220;Health and Food for All&#8221;,<\/strong> encourages for  for the <strong>second consecutive year to develop new, sustainable ideas<\/strong> through the <strong>renewed<\/strong> <strong>Level-up|G4A<\/strong> programme. The programme was launched in 2021. This year, <strong>it is further supported by the parent company <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bayer.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Bayer AG<\/a><\/strong> through the <strong>G4A Open Innovation<\/strong> Program.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The programme provides all the <strong>necessary support for research teams and startups<\/strong> to grow either organically or by securing funding.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Two main axes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In 2022, the programme <strong>Level-up|G4A<\/strong> is being relaunched and has two main pillars. The first axis is the <strong><strong>Level-up|G4A Incubator<\/strong><\/strong>: The purpose here is the <strong><strong>University teams and research teams<\/strong><\/strong> from the disciplines of <strong><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/c\/health-medication-social-welfare\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Health<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/c\/processing-of-agricultural-products\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Agri-Food<\/a><\/strong><\/strong>. to develop their ideas into business proposals through experienced support and advice. The second axis of the programme is the <strong><strong>Level-Up|G4A Accelerator<\/strong><\/strong> . Here, the <strong><strong>focus is on the development of startups<\/strong><\/strong> from the sector of <strong><strong>Health and <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/c\/agriculture-farmers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Agriculture<\/a><\/strong><\/strong> , which are at pre-seed\/seed level.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The path to success is full of obstacles and requires hard work<\/strong>. That is why Bayer Hellas, knowing this very well, contributes to this effort. In particular, a total of 10 candidates have been selected for 2022, 5 for each of the two axes. Participants will have the unique opportunity to  <strong>be guided by mentors<\/strong>  From  <strong>qualified, high-level executives of the company<\/strong>, with experience in the field of  <strong>Health and Agriculture<\/strong>. They will receive useful advice and will<strong>  have the opportunity to participate in Bayer&#8217;s international competition programmes<\/strong>  (such as G4A). The aim is to become <strong>potential partners of the company locally or regionally<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Second cycle of Level-up|G4A<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>second cycle<\/strong> of the programme <strong>officially starts on 9 January 2023<\/strong> and is expected <strong>to be completed in June 2023<\/strong>. Upon completion of the <strong>Level-up|G4A<\/strong> Accelerator program, <strong>one of the 5 participating startups<\/strong> will be selected based on specific criteria to <strong>receive a cash prize<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Through <strong>interesting seminars and open discussions<\/strong>, Bayer Hellas will solve any questions and provide useful advice on topics such as:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>branding and strategic planning<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>how the search for funding is carried out; and<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>how to build the ideal team that will bring success and growth<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bayer Hellas always stands by innovative business ventures that lay strong foundations for the future.  <strong>The company encourages the development of new ideas<\/strong>. The <strong>Level-up|G4A<\/strong> program comes to <strong>provide the necessary tools for the development and continuous evolution of both startups and the excellent research teams of our country<\/strong>, in order to promote Greek innovation. After all, in a rapidly changing environment, <strong>fast, innovative solutions<\/strong> are needed and these can only be achieved through effective and efficient cooperation. <strong>The start-up sector<\/strong> needs initiatives such as Bayer&#8217;s <strong>Level-up<\/strong>.
