The purpose of the Memorandum is to promote <strong>cooperation between the two institutions<\/strong> in order to achieve the following objectives:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>bridge the gap between <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/c\/information-communications-technologies\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Information and Communication Technologies<\/a> (ICT) knowledge and skills<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>provide training and educational solutions to meet industry&#8217;s ICT requirements by offering specialised seminars in routing and switching and developing the social skills of the workforce<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>create a talent ecosystem in the ICT industry and support the existing ICT workforce<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>promote digital skills <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/aid_type\/public-employment-services\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">training for unemployed women<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>support the ICT modernisation efforts in the CIPA<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>In particular, the cooperation includes the <strong>training of 500 unemployed women in basic ICT skills<\/strong> and <strong>courses<\/strong> by Huawei Certified ICT <strong>Associates<\/strong>. In addition, <strong>certification<\/strong> will be given after relevant <strong>examinations<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Spyros Protopsaltis, Commander of the DYPA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>&#8221; <strong>NYPA<\/strong> continues to <strong>work with technology giants <\/strong>. At the same time, <strong>it invests<\/strong> in <strong>acquiring and upgrading digital skills<\/strong> to close the <strong>digital gap in the labour market<\/strong> and accelerate the digital transition of the economy. Our new partnership with Huawei is part of our strategy to link our activities more closely to the needs arising from rapid developments in technology. Through extroversion and synergies with technology <strong>companies<\/strong>, we design and implement innovative actions that support the unemployed and prepare them for the fastest possible reintegration into employment.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Ren Fujun, CEO Huawei South Balkan Region<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>&#8220;Huawei Greece remains true to <strong>its commitment to support the Greek society<\/strong>.
