The project ” Redesign of the Employment Promotion Centres (EPC2) of the Public Employment Service<\/a><\/strong>” was approved. The project aims at the functional \n renovation<\/a>\n<\/strong> and \n energy upgrading<\/a>\n<\/strong> of the 116 services of the Public Employment Service throughout the country.<\/p>\n\n

The project, with a budget of \u20ac41,024,200,<\/strong> will be financed with resources from the Recovery and Resilience Fund<\/a><\/strong> (RDF ). It is part of the overall organisational<\/strong> restructuring of<\/strong> the PESA<\/strong> and its transformation<\/strong> into a modern<\/strong>, European public employment service that will respond to the needs of<\/strong> citizens<\/strong>, businesses<\/strong> and the labour market<\/strong>. At the same time, it will provide faster<\/strong> and more efficient<\/strong> services<\/strong>, building on European best practice.<\/p>\n\n

Redesign of the Employment Centres of the PESA<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

The action includes a comprehensive redesign<\/strong> that will initially be captured in a CIP2. The changes<\/strong> will be piloted<\/strong> in this area in order to define the technical details. The implementation of<\/strong> the new<\/strong> standards<\/strong> will then proceed in every KPA2 in the whole territory. In this way, the presence<\/strong> of DYPA<\/strong> in local<\/strong> communities<\/strong> is strengthened<\/strong> by creating new landmarks.<\/p>\n\n

The project provides for the creation of modern facilities<\/strong> with uniform standards in terms of organisation, materials and equipment. For their construction<\/strong>, the latest energy upgrade, energy saving and safety standards<\/strong> will be applied.<\/p>\n\n

New corporate identity<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

Any the redesigned KPA2<\/strong> will incorporate the elements<\/strong> of new corporate identity<\/strong> of the \n Public Employment Service<\/a>\n<\/strong>, with simultaneous adoption<\/strong> of digital innovations<\/strong> that are already in operation and those that are in progress and will be presented in the near future, while emphasis<\/strong> will be placed on personalised job matching<\/strong> and counselling<\/strong> services, offering a<\/strong> new service experience to unemployed people, workers and businesses.<\/p>\n\n

The DYPA in continuation<\/strong> of its rebranding<\/strong>, its organisational transformation, its digital transformation and the assuming new responsibilities<\/strong> regarding the development of workforce skills and the implementation of a new housing policy for the country’s young people, is methodically implementing a a comprehensive<\/strong> restructuring<\/strong> plan<\/strong> with a view to making it a modern<\/strong>, a public<\/strong> employment<\/strong> service<\/strong> that offers quality<\/strong> services<\/strong>, comparable to those of its European counterparts<\/strong>, consistent in its social role and aimed at reducing unemployment and increasing employment.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
