The implementation of all the above investments may lead to the <strong>mobilisation of<\/strong> <strong>resources<\/strong> amounting to <strong>EUR 813 819 348<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>Of the 408 investment projects, <strong>386<\/strong> (i.e. almost 95% of the total), with a budget of <strong>\u20ac321,287,309<\/strong>, have been submitted by <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/business_size\/small\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">small<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/business_size\/medium\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">medium-sized<\/a> enterprisesin<\/strong> the agricultural sector, with the <strong>mobilisation<\/strong> <strong>amounting<\/strong> to <strong>\u20ac626,798,488<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>1. Innovation and Green <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/c\/processing-of-agricultural-products\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Transition in Agro-processing<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>2. Modernisation of the Primary Sector<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>3. <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/c\/agritourism\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Green Agrotourism<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>In particular, as regards the implementation path of each action:<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>1. Innovation and Green Transition in Agro-processing<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The action &#8220;Innovation and Green Transition in Agro-processing&#8221; has a <strong>budget of \u20ac181.521.000<\/strong>. It provides for <strong>aid for<\/strong> the <strong>processing<\/strong> and <strong>marketing of<\/strong> <strong>agricultural<\/strong> <strong>and<\/strong> <strong>non-agricultural products<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>The submission of applications by <strong>collective schemes, producer organisations and schemes<\/strong> applying <strong>contract farming and\/or vertical integration<\/strong> took place between 15.6.2022 and 15.8.2022. <strong>85 applications were submitted<\/strong>, with a total <strong>budget of<\/strong> EUR <strong>182 005 414<\/strong>, which is expected to result in the <strong>mobilisation of<\/strong> <strong>funds<\/strong> amounting to <strong>EUR 362 148 938<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>2. Modernisation of the Primary Sector<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The action <strong>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/myagrorrf.minagric.gr\/casestudies\/modernization-of-the-primary-sector\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Modernisation of the Primary Sector<\/a>\n<\/strong> has a total <strong>budget of<\/strong> <strong>EUR<\/strong> <strong>98 111 000<\/strong>. The deadline for submission of applications was 15.9.2022.<\/p>\n\n<p>Its aim is to <strong>increase the added value of agricultural products<\/strong>, <strong>promote<\/strong> <strong>innovation<\/strong> and <strong>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/c\/enviornment\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">protection of the environment<\/a>\n<\/strong>. In addition, it aims to:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>the <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/c\/supply-chain\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">creation of food supply chains<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>the development of innovative and environmentally friendly mass production processes<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>promoting extroversion in international markets<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>The <strong>implementation of contract farming and\/or vertical integration of production<\/strong> is also sought.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>236 applications<\/strong> were submitted by businesses and collective schemes, with a total <strong>budget of \u20ac146,419,083,<\/strong> with the potential <strong>mobilisation of<\/strong> <strong>resources<\/strong> amounting to <strong>\u20ac301,207,807<\/strong> from the <strong>Recovery Fund<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>3. Green Agrotourism<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The &#8220;Green Rural Tourism&#8221; action has a <strong>budget of<\/strong> <strong>\u20ac49.006.000<\/strong>. The deadline for submission of applications was 19.07.2022. In the framework of this measure, investment projects in the <strong>tourism sector<\/strong> are supported, which <strong>link<\/strong> the <strong>primary<\/strong> and <strong>secondary<\/strong> <strong>sector<\/strong> with the <strong>tertiary sector<\/strong>, creating a <strong>new tourism product<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>87 applications<\/strong> were received, all from <strong>small and medium-sized enterprises<\/strong>(<strong>40 <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/business_type\/established-business\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">existing<\/a> and 47 in the <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/business_type\/start-up\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">process of being<\/a> set up<\/strong>).
