The new digital training and recognition platform<\/strong> Zero<\/strong> Waste<\/strong> HoReCa<\/strong> Hub<\/strong> is now available and invites small and medium-sized enterprises in the catering<\/a> and hospitality<\/a> sector<\/a> <\/strong>, irrespective of their geographical location, to register their interest in becoming members of<\/strong> 1Zero Waste HoReCa<\/strong> Network in Greece, to educate themselves on circular economy<\/strong> issues and increase<\/strong> the<\/sup> percentage of recyclable waste<\/strong>, reducing their operating costs.<\/p>\n\n

Through an easy process, HoReCa businesses, employing up to 250 employees, can start their own journey towards a “Waste Free World” by following 5 easy steps:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

  1. Registration. <\/strong>Visit at the following<\/strong> address \n ZeroWasteFuture.gr<\/strong>\n<\/a> and register your interest in registering on the platform.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Update. <\/strong>Provision of rich and useful material<\/strong> regarding the transition of the business to the circular economy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Education. <\/strong>Attend digital training seminars<\/strong> on the circular<\/strong> economy<\/strong> and ways to properly recycle waste, which are continuously available.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Waste inventory. <\/strong>Recording of waste<\/strong> resulting from the operation of the business on a weekly basis<\/strong>, for a period of at least one month.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Distinction.<\/strong> Possibility for each business to be awarded<\/strong> as a Gold, Silver or Bronze<\/strong> member of the 1st<\/sup> Digital Zero Waste HoReCa Network<\/strong>, after successful training and recording of measurable results.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n
