{"id":10078,"date":"2023-03-03T11:17:03","date_gmt":"2023-03-03T11:17:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dev-espa.summerize.io\/deddhe-sandbox-for-electricity-solutions\/"},"modified":"2023-07-22T14:14:01","modified_gmt":"2023-07-22T14:14:01","slug":"deddhe-sandbox-for-electricity-solutions","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/deddhe-sandbox-for-electricity-solutions\/","title":{"rendered":"DEDDHE: &#8220;Sandbox&#8221; for electricity solutions"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/deddie-sanbox-gia-liseis-stin-iliktriki-energeia-1024x682.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p><strong>BEDDEO<\/strong> launched the first Greek corporate &#8220;<strong>Sandbox&#8221;<\/strong> in the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/c\/energy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">electricity sector<\/a><\/strong>, aiming to respond <strong>directly<\/strong> and <strong>effectively<\/strong> to the <strong>challenges<\/strong> currently facing <strong>electricity<\/strong> <strong>energy<\/strong> <strong>distribution<\/strong> <strong>networks<\/strong> on the road to energy transition.<\/p>\n\n<p>Given the key role of the <strong>DEDDHE<\/strong> in this transition, <strong>digitization<\/strong> and <strong>innovation<\/strong> <strong>are<\/strong> <strong>a one-way street<\/strong> for its transformation and therefore, the <strong>creation<\/strong> of the <strong>first<\/strong> <strong>Greek<\/strong> <strong>corporate<\/strong> &#8220;<strong>Sandbox<\/strong>&#8221; (supervised innovation development environment) is expected to <strong>contribute<\/strong> <strong>decisively<\/strong> in this direction.<\/p>\n\n<p>In this context, the <strong>Hellenic Energy Regul<\/strong> atory Authority invites you to participate in its 1st action, the competition <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/deddie.mantisbi.io\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">HEDNO Datathon<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>The objective of the competition is to <strong>develop<\/strong> <strong>machine<\/strong> <strong>learning<\/strong> <strong>model<\/strong> <strong>algorithms<\/strong> to identify intentional <strong>non-technical power losses<\/strong> in the <strong>DEDDHE<\/strong> network and to find the most effective solutions.<\/p>\n\n<p>The competition is addressed to:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Scientists with a passion for data analysis and knowledge mining<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Teams of researchers, industry professionals and technologists with expertise in energy and data analysis<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Startups that have developed similar prediction models<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Companies whose business is the development of forecasting models<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Submit applications and more information about the HEDNO Datathon <a href=\"https:\/\/deddie.mantisbi.io\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>here<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3B7;-&#x3B4;&#x3B9;&#x3B1;&#x3B4;&#x3B9;&#x3BA;&#x3B1;&#x3C3;&#x3AF;&#x3B1;-&#x3C4;&#x3B7;&#x3C2;-&#x3B4;&#x3C1;&#x3AC;&#x3C3;&#x3B7;&#x3C2;-&#x3C4;&#x3BF;&#x3C5;-&#x3B4;&#x3B5;&#x3B4;&#x3B4;&#x3B7;&#x3B5;\"><strong>The procedure<\/strong> <strong>of the action of the TEN-T<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Phase A: <\/strong>Open submissions &#8211; Make an individual or group entry until <strong>15.02.2023<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Phase B<\/strong><strong>: <\/strong>Solution development and submission &#8211; Leverage the data from the DEDDHE and get support from energy and data experts to develop your solution. Submit your solution until <strong>20.03.2023<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Phase 3<\/strong><strong>: <\/strong>Final &#8211; The 10 best solutions will be presented to the jury<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>For the presentation of the <strong>HEDNO Datathon<\/strong>, an <strong>Info Day<\/strong> will take place on <strong>Friday, February 10, 2023 at 15:00<\/strong> with <strong>physical presence<\/strong> at the Athens Conservatory&#8217;s Foyer of Arts, at Rigillis &amp; Vas.
