{"id":10069,"date":"2023-03-03T11:03:13","date_gmt":"2023-03-03T11:03:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dev-espa.summerize.io\/nsrf-the-platform-for-the-new-programmes-is-online\/"},"modified":"2023-07-23T14:00:20","modified_gmt":"2023-07-23T14:00:20","slug":"nsrf-the-platform-for-the-new-programmes-is-online","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/nsrf-the-platform-for-the-new-programmes-is-online\/","title":{"rendered":"NSRF: The platform for the new programmes is online"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/espa-se-leitourgia-i-nea-platforma-gia-ta-programmata-1024x575.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>The new <strong>Integrated State Aid Information System (ISIS<\/strong> ) for <strong>inclusion<\/strong> in the programmes of the <strong>new NSRF 2021\/27<\/strong> goes <strong>live<\/strong> today <strong>, Thursday, 19 January 2023<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>The aim of the <strong>OPSKE<\/strong> is to be <strong>the central hub for the management of all state aid<\/strong> and de minimis actions and <strong>interventions<\/strong> of the SA CAP <strong>co-financed<\/strong> by the <strong>European<\/strong> <strong>Funds<\/strong> <strong>aid<\/strong> <strong>measures<\/strong> for the programming period 2021\/27. Also <strong>programmes<\/strong>, <strong>actions<\/strong> or <strong>projects<\/strong> <strong>funded<\/strong> by <strong>national<\/strong> or <strong>EU<\/strong> <strong>funds<\/strong>, such as:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>the <a href=\"http:\/\/epa.gov.gr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">National Development Programme<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minfin.gr\/tameio-anakampses\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Recovery and Resilience Fund<\/a>, and<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>the regular budget<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>It will be managed from the Proposal Submission stage to the Long Term Obligation Control of the beneficiaries.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The <strong>OPSKE<\/strong> guarantees <strong>the transparency, efficiency and effectiveness of interventions<\/strong>. The aim is <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/category_of_beneficiary\/epixiriseis-epidotisi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">to promote healthy entrepreneurship<\/a><\/strong> and, through it, economic and social development.<\/p>\n\n<p>Much more <strong>modern from the State Aid Information System that successfully managed the actions of the previous programming period,<\/strong>  the upgraded  <strong>IPSCE<\/strong>  ensures interconnection with public data platforms (taxis, ERGANI, GEMI etc.) and is expected to  <strong>welcome at least 400,000 investment projects.<\/strong>  The new  <strong>IPSCE<\/strong>  has at its core the facilitation of the prospective investor\/beneficiary.<\/p>\n\n<p>Through this tool <strong>businesses interested in receiving funding from the new NSRF 2021\/27 programmes are invited.
