But do you need knowledge, experience and funding to make it happen? Now, you have the chance to make your dream come true by applying to the<strong> IDEA Innovation Centre<\/strong>, the largest innovation and business support centre in Cyprus.<\/p>\n\n<p>To date, IDEA has <strong>supported 82<\/strong> <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/business_type\/new-business\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">start-ups<\/a><\/strong> and created over <strong>90<\/strong> <strong>new jobs<\/strong>. <strong>Startups<\/strong> of the <strong>Centre<\/strong> <strong>have attracted significant investment capital<\/strong> and <strong>business partnerships from abroad and Cyprus<\/strong>, have opened offices and\/or hired staff.<\/p>\n\n<p>The <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.europarl.europa.eu\/at-your-service\/el\/be-heard\/citizen-s-initiative\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">European Commission &#8216;s award-winning IDEA<\/a><\/strong> is accepting applications for the <strong>8th consecutive year<\/strong> and <strong>is looking for startups<\/strong> that:<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>&#8211; Develop an innovative product\/service or solve an existing problem in an innovative way.<\/strong><br\/><strong>&#8211; They consist of a dedicated and competent team of at least two founders\/individuals.<\/strong><br\/><strong>&#8211; They have the potential to expand into the international market through technology.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Through its nine-month IDEA program, <strong>each startup is offered a service<\/strong> &amp; <strong>cash<\/strong> package of up to <strong>\u20ac60,000<\/strong>, as follows:<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>&#8211; Business training for the creation of the business<\/strong><br\/><strong>&#8211; 20.000 euro seed capital<\/strong><br\/><strong>&#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/c\/consultant-services\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Mentoring<\/a> from established entrepreneurs<\/strong><br\/><strong>&#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/c\/logistic-services\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Legal<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/c\/logistic-services\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">accounting<\/a>, marketing &amp; technology (ICT) services<\/strong><br\/><strong>&#8211; Business development, networking and access to angel investors<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>IDEA has the full support of the Bank of Cyprus, which is a leader in supporting innovation, entrepreneurship and digital transformation in Cyprus.<\/p>\n\n<p>Interested parties can apply until <strong>24 February 2023<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>Learn more:<br\/>&#8211; For criteria and applications, please visit: <a href=\"https:\/\/ideacy.net\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\n  <strong>www.ideacy.net<\/strong>\n<\/a><br\/>&#8211; For information:<br\/>&#8211; Tel: 22128144<br\/>&#8211; Email: info@ideacy.net<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Do you have an innovative idea that could be turned into a startup?
