It concerns <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/category_of_beneficiary\/epixiriseis-epidotisi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">all<\/a> private sector employers<\/strong> for all their <strong>employees<\/strong> with a <strong>contract of employment<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>The <strong>digital working time census<\/strong> is the <strong>preceding<\/strong> <strong>stage<\/strong> for the <strong>full<\/strong> <strong>implementation of<\/strong> the mechanism of <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ypergasias.gov.gr\/apascholisi\/psifiaki-karta-ergasias\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Digital Working Time Card mechanism<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>This <strong>extension<\/strong> is granted in order to <strong>give sufficient time to those companies that<\/strong> <strong>have not been de-registered<\/strong> and their accountants to take the necessary actions. However, it is underlined that <strong>no<\/strong> <strong>further<\/strong> <strong>extension<\/strong> <strong>will be granted<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>The registration rates<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The <strong>system<\/strong> was <strong>open<\/strong> from the <strong>Tuesday<sup>1<\/sup> November.  <\/strong>Since the system was opened <strong>up<\/strong> to <strong>Friday 25 November<\/strong> had become <strong>entries<\/strong> corresponding to <strong>around 500,000 workers<\/strong>. Note that the <strong>total number of employees<\/strong> amounts to <strong>2.410.134<\/strong>. By the evening of <strong>Tuesday 29 November<\/strong> the <strong>entries<\/strong> corresponded to <strong>974,000 employees<\/strong>. By 6.00 p.m. on <strong>Wednesday 30 November<\/strong> had become <strong>entries<\/strong> for <strong>1,346,205 employees (55.8% of the total<\/strong>). Similarly, by 6.00 p.m., <strong>out of a total of<\/strong> approximately <strong>289.334<\/strong>  <strong>enterprises<\/strong> were registered <strong>195,967 enterprises<\/strong> <strong>(67%).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>These figures show that the vast majority of enterprises have registered &#8211; which proves that too many small enterprises have registered &#8211; but also the majority of workers. <strong>Most registrations<\/strong> have been made in the <strong>last five days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Based on the registrations<\/strong> made to date, it is <strong>clear<\/strong> that the<strong> 20-day extension<\/strong> given for the <strong>completion of the<\/strong> <strong>procedure<\/strong> is <strong>more than enough time<\/strong> to make the corresponding <strong>registrations<\/strong> for <strong>businesses<\/strong> and <strong>workers<\/strong> who join <strong>ERGANI II<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>The <strong>new<\/strong> <strong>upgraded<\/strong> <strong>ERGANI II<\/strong> <strong>Information System<\/strong> (<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/eservices.yeka.gr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/eservices.yeka.gr<\/a><\/strong>)is <strong>a<\/strong> <strong>step<\/strong> <strong>forward<\/strong> for everyone. For the State that has a <strong>more complete<\/strong> <strong>picture of<\/strong> the <strong>labour market<\/strong>. For <strong>workers<\/strong> who can <strong>defend<\/strong> <strong>their<\/strong> <strong>rights<\/strong> more <strong>effectively<\/strong>.
