The 7th Women In Business Forum entitled "Turning Points to Breakthroughs", organized by the Hellenic-American Chamber of Commerce on Wednesday, June 7, 2023 at the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center.

The The 7th Women in Business Forum aims to offers knowledge and useful tools to build the skills that will positively address the challenges of the unexpected, repeated and often difficult changes from the women . The frenetic speed at which everything is changing, in every aspect of our lives, now requires knowledge about how we manage change in order to create positive transitions for ourselves, our people and our partners.

The This meeting, with a panel of pioneering speakers, experts in the experience of change, will provide inspiration and bring out practical tools, necessary to be able to manages the unknown. At the same time, these tools will lead to overcoming fear, creating new solutions and positive transitions. We choose to be WE the future, continually empowering our readiness in the face of change.

In the context of the meeting, the "READINESS FOR CHANGE" survey, which was conducted among business executives, will be presented.
